Troons don’t understand female anatomy. They can try and change the superficial parts of themselves to look more feminine, but they can’t replicate the physiology women have. "asian people" is a terribly broad category. most hentai/anime doesn't actually make it to china, for example, which is where most asian people live.

japan is an interesting case. they've managed to turn degeneracy into a commodity, but they still maintain a level of discretion and standards about it. you can go to a club where a scantily clad elderly woman will talk dirty to you and dance for you, or go to a club where femboys dress up like girls and talk dirty to you, or go to a hentai cosplay club. if you've got the cash and can control yourself not to touch, presumably you can get your fix and still be a functional member of society.

For those that don't know, Japan has an extremely medicalized concept of transsexualism.
