Funny story, but one of the cons I run did a poll at the beginning of the year when the Vic thing blew up. Not a single person had his back, so he was person non grata. That right there. There was a chance to have someone have his back but there were crickets. Now you have a few hundred people mostly in Europe and and few con owners in the US who can get the grift who see the point of inviting him. Everyone else, nada.

What con and how many people were in the poll?

I can believe that because at the beginning of this I was skeptical about Vic since everything I heard was hand fed to me by people like you.

Once I conducted my own research I realized that there was writing between the lines that was less about sexual misconduct and more of a general disdain for his presence and a collected effort to bar him from the industry.

Was the poll Anonymous? How many voted in it? What were the options given or was it fill in the blank?

Granted this was at the beginning of the Debacle where most held the suspicions, even here, but if the Projared situation taught me anything, its to never truly jump on the cancel wagon until police get involved.
