Yes. He was losing focus, and picking fights with lawtwitter too much. Focusing on his channel is better, both for the lawsuit and for him.

Plus, they might sperg about how happy they are that Nick has been banned.
But we all know that they're nothing but attention whores, and that they're actually pissed to not be able to "challenge" him anymore.

It was pretty funny to see that KV weirdo deny then self destruct after being doxxed. That seems to be the typical reaction from these folks after they get exposed... But that "leave me alone" shit just takes the cake. It is not our fault you made poor life choices we can laugh at. Although most of his interests were truly disgusting.

Now what's all this noise Lemonhead is making? He's butthurt about not getting to depose Slatosch? Is he going to annoy the court until he gets his way like a little kid? I sure do hope some sanctions come his way because this weirdo needs to stop harassing the court so he can harass Slatosch... A lot of harassment going on by the defendants side.

I have a feeling that if or when they are losing so bad that they are gonna get it in court that someone is gonna sell Marchi out and she's gonna have an utter meltdown. The Crab mentality is strong in these people.

It's only natural that they'd try and persist in harassing people. It's just through a legal medium now.

honestly worst they can acuse me of is showing their tweets with some mild snark added, so I'm not scared of damaging the farms' reputation. As for draggint that account's reputation through the mud if they find I'm in the farms... who cares? I ain't nurse joy. Hell I'll take the chance to ask them what's so bad about us and post their response here, it'll probably be chuckle worthy. As for gathering info, I did ask for help here, but mostly I'm just gonna scour the threads for a bit, specially this one, see what I can dreg. And check some profiles if I see people posting a lot of KV messages. This is a really low effort opperation in the middle of half term exam season, maybe when exams are over I actually check a bit harder but at this point it really is just old stuff and mild snarks.

Small chance once we're past the TCPA, and reality sets in, there's some settlements. Funi after the re-org and this much time and bad blood, have nothing to offer Vic but money and therefore have nothing to bargain with and will probably let the math tell them to fight or settle.

That? That's Public Humiliation. Someone on Twitter was calling it Ritual Humiliation. It's what you do to an enemy you defeat. It's not good enough for Vic to lose. He dared to fight back, so he has to lose, be ruined, and be humiliated in front of everyone to make sure everyone knows what happens if you fight back.

It's like the Nazis and the French Collaborators shaving the heads of women in France who opposed them. Gotta beat them down so they learn to stay down.

Not necessarily. Having the employer say "We were misled by the other defendants, and our investigation did not find any wrongdoing on Vic's part. We were urged by the defendants to fire him regardless."

If Vic can secure that statement and have Funimation throw the others under a fleet of buses, I don't think he'd even ask for much money (provided Funimation paid their own legal fees).

Based entirely off of what Vic has said previously, he would likely accept any deal that gave him back his work, and maybe a slap on the wrist for Funi. Over and over again, it's "I didn't want this, I just want to work".

I hesitant to think Funi can burn the others. They'll have ended up burning both sides with no leg to stand on. Not the best for employee morale. They may not care especially with the re-org.

Vic will likely never work for Funi or RT again. You can thank the TCPA for that. The fact the TCPA will get you off scott free is great at getting people to never consider settling early where things can go back to a kind of normal. I think they've spent too long in an antagonist relationship now to undo that.

I'm not saying they won't settle but it will be pure business. They'll calculate a dollar amount they would be willing to go up to and agree to settle, or go to the mat.
