Perhaps not defamation in itself; but gossip certainly is. You see that everywhere. Even with news. Poor sourcing. Interpret shit with all the feels instead of facts. Lie. Omit parts of a story or whatever did not fit their ideas.

I as well came into this late, but I entered into this not knowing who any party was. Who Nick was. Who Vic was. Didn't know who Monica or Jamie was. Not even Funimation. Heck, not even familiar with anime. This is however written as well as any Telenovela I ever saw.

Since I tried to start at the beginning, while I still lurked and was not a member, the first 'signs' I saw of it, was in Monica's actual claim on the 6th. It was a bold 'it happened to me' statement, but wasn't followed by any story. Which I found odd. So when you go down the rabbit-hole as one does, it didn't get any better. They were acting catty, and shameless, so they were clearly not in fear of him. Despite their claims of his 'power', and they had hung around with him for 12 years? Since Monica claimed this was 2007 (I don't recall this exactly but a lot of years.)

Then it was the pictures. The stories that didn't make sense. Supposed evidence, as you mentioned wasn't really evidence. The constant hypocrisy.

Monica started shit on the 6th of Feb. We still waiting on all that evidence. 8 months later.

I also would like to think that a bald, white guy, who wears a sweater saying boobs, would somehow subconsciously make the more exceptional of the bunch ( like Terez, manjaw ) reee endlessly cause it is nazi-misogynistic-misgendering-crap from a Kiwi.

I also genuinely like the series.

This is why I just use the general weeb label because fujo has become so tainted by these people. I've grown tired of trying to defend fujos by saying that not all fujos are like these people, any smart fujo has slipped back into the ambiguous label of weeb rather than be lumped together with the Yaoi obsessed twits that make up a large part of twitter.

Shippers are just cancer in general, they'll ship without any concern for actual chemistry between characters. Like you said, it isn't every ship, some people actually watch the shows they ship characters from and understand character chemistry. I also have nothing against people that do crack ships, as long as they don't try to push it as anything but that.

It honestly feels like a lot of the people that do the kinds of awful ships you mentioned don't ever watch the shows the characters come from or at the very least aren't paying attention. I'm glad that the worst kinds of western fujo shippers avoid most mecha like the plague, it's a nice haven for Japanese fujo on the other hand.

I personally don't think I'd ever engage in doxing someone more on personal principle and not wanting to dig through their depraved posts. I have nothing against other people doing such things however, most of these people that get their dox out make it incredibly easy to find their info because they over share far too much online.

Every time I see someone's dox and the explanation of how they were obtained I'm both baffled at how the person can be so dumb and thankful that my dad was proactive in teaching the importance of not oversharing online.

To be fair to most shippers, the reason that some ship characters that have no chemistry and would make horrible couples is because they use the same logic they use for their own relationships and apply it to fictional characters. And I'm sure we all have met someone or several someones who are complete shit at picking partners...

Fujos are a bit different, they don't care much for the relationship part, they are just horny. So they place their favorite characters in sexual situations as a way to insert themselves in either role depending on what they want, regardless of gender, chemistry or anything else, they just want fap material.

(Yes there are gay stories with plot but the ones I have seen are pretty much shoujo stories with male characters Kinda why CLAMP are... Well CLAMP)

So, fun fact! There is an amazing place in Toyota city that has winter blooming cherry blossoms. So yes, you can see cherry blossoms blooming with fall colored leaves falling but no it’s not all over the place.

Even in Tokyo they aren’t as tech savvy as most people imagine. Fax machines are a prevalent form of sending information and all of your paperwork is usually done on paper, in triplicate.

I was always one for cute fluffy relationships and compelling story, but I get what you mean about a lot of fujo just wanting the horny stuff. Same energy as those harlequin novels that litter bookstores, no one reads those for the plot. It's a problem that plagues the fujo centered genres a lot, neither the author nor audience caring about any kind of interesting story getting in the way of their fap material with cookie-cutter characters. Even worse is those are the ones that gain the most popularity, you have to dig to find any of the gems. But I digress.
