God no fuck no he's not smart enough go be doing it for any reason other than he's heard of that cartoon. And even more likely, when he got slitwhipped into a cat in the first place, Felix is the name he wanted. But the boss wouldn't let him because yeah, that's fucked up to just rename an animal when they're that old. So now he'll just call him "Felix" intermittently when kitty's not there, taking the gamble on his massa never seeing the stream. Because he is a petulant 275-lb toddler & a basic bitch.

(No disrespect to any kitties named Felix, btw.)
Jesus. "Hey Phil turn off wrestling so I can watch someone who does exactly what you do except they succeed while you fail." What a cunt. If it wasn't Phil i'd probably feel bad. Then again this isn't any worse then Phil telling her every insult that is flung her way. They haven't even been married a year and already have the passive aggressive relationship of Peg and Al Bundy.

Could be he’s just gin brained and gives two shits about his “child” to remember it’s name. After all it’s khet’s cat not his.

Least Phil could do is learn something at the expense of getting cucked by another youtuber.

By the way is the king of gout forums down again?

Phil and Kat sleep in separate rooms. If that isn't the gayest shit I've ever heard, I'll eat my hat.

Before you say there is no proof, there is more proof they have separate rooms than proof they share a bed.

Out of sheer curiosity, where is the proof they are not sleeping together? Not doubting you just wanting a place to verify that claim is all.

The bigger question is with all the legal expertise he pretends to espouse; why does he think the right to play something, automatically carriers over the right to broadcast it to an audience. I'm not much of those "Where's the fair use" types, but I'm willing to say that due to how the environment is changing, videogames companies that may want to show good graces, is work acceptable streaming stuff into their games. You have companies that get Twitch and YouTube to enforce embargo dates, you have companies like Atlus that say "Don't show past this point of game," but you also have companies like Square-Enix/Disney who put very strict streaming regulations into their game, to the point where you can actually read their requirements by choosing an option in game. I don't have a side in this fight, but can see that streaming being what it is and how it's growing; real solutions are something to look into.

All that aside, Phil should know that contracts tend to be very specific. He tried to play off the whole Laveria/Pultavi thing like "They didn't have my name listed, so they had no right to my stuff." Nevermind, he was earlier talking about jerking off them for everything he could, even if they had paperwork messed up; thinking he'd be able to get things his way if things went south. Him not understanding the difference is more of his "My business" talk, but also trying to have it be "DSP Gaming is just a YouTube channel." Like any other greedy child, he's trying to have shit both ways.

I hope the govt regulates streamers / twitch soon, and enforce broadcasting licenses and standards

I think dave assumes he owns the game after buying it, the sad thing is anyone who buys a game just buys the opportunity to play it

"Guys I will stream for roughly 15 minutes more and the stream has been VERY VERY FRICKING SLOW

I did nothing wrong, but people are not contributing, what can I do? "

Total tip: $15 for 2 hours of HARD WORK DOOD

Nights like this don't give me any substantive hope, but they do warm my heart.

Hope his morning tardience is prepared for assmad tantrum levels to be over 9,000. :drink:

how long has he had these sort of abysmally slow nights
its probably unwarranted and SUPER optimistic but im starting to think that maybe the review copy incident may have hurt his income

they're getting more frequent, but he compensates this with more emergency fundraisers

he would've had 4-5 in 3-4 months by the end of the year

Shocking tweet after the terrible stream

One of my favorite DSP'isms is on display with this tweet. "This game is awful, I had a miserable and BORING time and spent several hours doing nothing. Now get hype because I'm uploading it to my YouTube channel!"

He can't even try and sell it as "so bad it's good" since he says all he does is drive back and forth until the final 15 minutes. I can't imagine a world where people don't flock to his YouTube to immediately watch such riveting content.

I really just think that he hates any game he plays and he thinks he's entitled to at least $35/hour for having to sit through this shit

$200 in subs proceeding into a slow night?

It's almost like his viewership doesn't have infinite money. Bullshit life bug, IMHO.
Doesn’t get that money right away so it doesn’t exist in his head for some reason?

Idk why he just memory holes the money he gets from the first stream. i wonder if it’s because he knows there might be different people at the second stream to bait out some sympathy money

This is a good point actually. When you think about it, it’s always the same 200 viewers DSP has on average that actually show up and “interact” (holds back vomit).

They can’t be expected to cough up an infinite amount of money forever.. other streamers get by because they constantly have new people coming into their lives and tossing shekels around.

DSP hands down refuses to do anything to try and get this new audience. Man is set up for failure in the long run. I for one can’t wait!

knowing dave, this number was heavily calculated before posting as his goal, it comes out to around $60k a year, which dave probably thinks is a reasonable salary for himself considering his expetise and work ethic

he's made a very clear distinction between his monthly paycheck and the tips, it probably carries over to how he pays his bills, except for emergency fundraisers where he spent all his money on ramen & burgers instead of bills

He memory holed meeting an $1,800 goal on first stream by second stream. Whatever scraps the peasants throw of a daily basis don't stand a chance.

I think he at least has a number he likes to make the day before he has a day off. Have a hard time seeing Phil think much further ahead then that. It's just as likely he spends whatever the hell he wants whenever the hell he wants and leaves it up to future Phil to grift that cash when the time comes.
