Trump Derangement Syndrome - Orange man bad. Read the OP! (ᴛʜɪs ᴛʜʀᴇᴀᴅ ɪs ʟɪᴋᴇ ᴋɪᴡɪ ғᴀʀᴍs ʀᴇᴠɪᴇᴡs ɴᴏᴡ) 🗿🗿🗿🗿

If your life is in danger and you're able to protect yourself, wouldn't you take matters in your own hands? I hate the NRA, but I love that logical tweet. Police is tax funded, so there are limits based on response time and human staff. Hell yeah, I'd shoot somebody if my life is in danger, THEN call the police if somebody breaks into my house. Self sufficiency is the key to survival.

Edit: shit, I just realized. What if you murder the guy that tried to rob you? Would YOU get a murder charge? I know some laws would try to sway you into legal action if you try to defend yourself within reason.

Always remember to shout "STAY BACK" over and over again while you try to start some shit with Miami frat boys. That way when you get your buddy to brandish a gun, the cops will surely leave you alone.

advocating that you pull a gun the moment some street altercation gets heated.
Sheeit, that's what the nogs do around here every god damn night.
Seriously every morning's news in my city is what have *they* been up to overnight (or recapping what happened yesterday in broad daylight). And that doesn't even count the vast instances that get no news coverage - i.e.
I was walking the two blocks from my house to MLK (the corner store) about a month or so ago, and some woman yelled out of her car at me, then more frantically as she pulled over. She had blood all over her. I got in her car, calmed her as we drove to the cop shop just on the other side of MLK. Turns out she was pulling over on a street close to me to answer a phone call when she was jacked by a dude who pulled a gun on her and got her a couple times good on her head. I stayed with her until officers arrived (I flagged one down coming in from post). Oh and this was around noon. THAT'S the kind of shit that happens every day in these Democraptic cities and no one will ever seriously talk about it. It's ironically worse around the university area - criminals go where the money is - so we remain relatively unmolested because we're on the right side of the freeway. I do, however, have a litany of stories from living next to a now-boarded-up and uninhabited (by the grace of God) 4-family section 8 spectacular!

Ultimately the issue with the whole "Call the cops, don't defend yourself with a gun" thing is that these people are so deep into the statist viewpoint that they sincerely believe on some level that we are all the government's property. Thus when one piece of property does something to another piece of property (robs, mugs, rapes, murders it), it's up to the government via law enforcement to decide how it feels about that (actually investigate, half-ass it before shelving it, ignore it completely). One piece of property getting it into its head to disrupt this process by defending itself leads to all sorts of crazy ideas like self-determination and individual liberty and we can't have any of that.

“But when I’m on it then it’s okay!”

Is it me or is Harris starting to look older? Like I thought you actually had to get elected as president to start rapidly aging, not just run for it. Did Gabbard school her so hard in that debate that she actually had some of the life force knocked out of her body? She's starting to look like a tanned Nancy Pelosi.

You'll notice those home invasion movies rarely take place in the south. (heck I never found them scary mostly because around here I knew those folks would be swiss cheese)
And school shootings never take place in inner city schools.

There are probably more lockers with guns inside than lockers without.

Unless the sentence following that is "I'm the partisan, liberal Democrat" then I'm gonna' have to call bullshit.

Goes back to what I said earlier, they have to cling to their supposed objectivity and nonpartisanship because they've established that it's the Other who is biased and partisan and deserves to be ignored and silenced because of it. So you get absolutely ridiculous statements like this that everyone knows are lies but they have to be made to keep this cycle going.

Aside from that, didn't Lemon some time ago say "So what if I am biased, you don't have to be unbiased to report the news, especially since objectively Orange Man Bad."

Friendly reminder to shoot home invaders in the head. In a lot of places they can sue you if they survive.
Under the law you're supposed to shoot to kill anyway. Someone should tell Creepy Joe that, since on at least one occasion he advised gun owners to shoot up. In the air. As a warning shot. Creepy Joe doesn't consider himself bound to the law of gravity like he doesn't consider himself bound to the laws of men.

He should have advised his son to shoot in the air more often.

He advised you walk out onto the front balcony of your house when you detect the robbers approaching with your telepathy and fire two warning shots from your double barreled shotgun into the air.

How must it feel knowing that your identity is mainly defined on a politician party stance that only cares about the stuff you spew out of your mouth? Imagine having to defend your position for millions to see when you're merely a pawn in the grand scheme of things. I wonder if half these stations actually believe the stuff they report.

This is common. Stress & campaign schedule means even the best make up team can only do so much.
