I wonder if Chupp is gonna rule tomorrow because of the fact that Monica had a big crowd and he's hoping that another day might mean less people and less people to throw their toys about him chopping the fees down.
As optimistic as this sounds, maybe he really just wants to think this one through. He might have chupped it up at the TCPA hearing, but he might be taking this seriously.

I know this is quarter pounder and it is slightly OT, but if it is true, RT is not sending their best
Rooster Teeth VP Arrested for wife beating, and violent threats.

I know I know! It's Hambley; but I can't get over this. Once again the people that blame others, and in this case fired Vic over unproven social media allegations are the ACTUAL People committing crimes.

Why are they Always projecting!

Dude is a Wife beater like Ron Toye, and tried to murder her.

Ha.
Haha.
Hahahaha. This fucking year. What the fuck are you doing? They finally got that MeToo accusation! Hahahaha.

Grey Haddock being a slave driver. Michael Quinn beating his wife for years.

Miles. Miles Luna. You cucked dumbass. You fucking idiot. Did you stand up to Mike Quinn? Did you sheepdog for her? Or did you stay quiet because no one wanted to rock the boat? You fired Vic for a lot fucking less. You went all fucking in to defend Monica Rial's honor and you let shit like this fly? What the fuck is wrong with you?

I definitely think tomorrow is not going to be a good day for the defendants especially after seeing those tweets from someone who is supposedly on Monica's side.

Chupp is probably digging into the meat and potatoes because billing is something he's comfortable with. Either way, I'm aiming for the best case scenario but won't be put out if I miss my mark entirely.

Oh jeez, Chupp actually did some work and went through the billing! He doesn't think wasting time of Vic's Ex is worth it.
Only the TCPA one is a "real motion" lol.

Man, the fact that there hasn’t been any activity going on strikes me as weird.

On a hilarious side, this is what allegedly happened:

Monica has “two rows of supporters”. Yeah okay.

Shane, respectfully, kill your self
its so cute that they are proud of the fact that the entirety of Monica's supporters only fill two rows of a small Tarrant county courtroom.

This may line up with my current Chupp theory, i like it.

I see you and lots of other people are in a good mood over recent filings and what little we know from this hearing. So I would say this to you and everyone who is feeling good vibes right now, try to taper your expectations. I have absolutely no confidence in Chump. Even when it seems like he's actually doing some work.

60K according to the previous hearing transcript.

And if I remember, Johnson did call for sanctions, but did not give a numerical value.

I think Johnson's doing actually lawyer work and trying to get paid, but not throw a Lemwaah-tier hissyfit so as to piss off Chupp.

He just wants this over and done with, and for his client to get out of this lawsuit with minimal damage.

X

My current theory is that he went blind into the TCPA and is now doing his homework upon knowing there are appeals

I know how to take an L and I'm prepared to take one tomorrow or in the future.

But I think Chupp has made his stance on Lemoine's filings clear.
