It takes quite a while for an unpaid bill to get to the court stage of collections. I would guess that is from at least last year.
Now, that commonwealth one is interesting. I'm going to guess that might be unpaid state income taxes.
If someone has the time to search those case numbers, there may be more info.

Yes, the first set of numbers in the case are the year. So the Clark County one is for 01, which would make Amber 10 AND 125 pounds, so wrong Amber, lol.
However, the one in Rockcastle is almost certainly her.

I was just saying in the general thread that it's really uncommon for people to be sued for their own unpaid medical bills. Usually the provider sells your debt to a collection agency for whatever they can get and they write off the rest. If that really is her and she's being sued someone must have tipped them off that your gorl is making over 10K youtubey dollars per month booboo
e: to clarify, the reason it's uncommon is because most people who don't pay are failing to do so because they can't so there's no point in suing them. obviously when someone has a lot of money and isn't paying there's incentive to go after them, which may be what's happening here.

I read an article this week about how hospitals are now bringing delinquent bills to collections at a rapid pace. Maybe this is an example of that?
If her "pulled muscle" was around January, then maybe they're trying to collect before the year's out. Jesus Christ. It means that she's just been ignoring the bills they sent. PAY YA BILLS you cheap cunt.

Collections isn't the same thing as getting sued, though. Collections is a private matter. Your credit will be fucked but you're not getting sued and if you were, it would be by the collections agency. She's actually being sued by the provider, not by a collections agency.
Someone at that hospital may have figured out somehow that Amberlynn has money (maybe she really did file her taxes y'all) and they determined that it was worth trying to sue her vs just selling her debt to collections for substantially less than what they are owed.

Isn't it kind of weird that a simple assault case is still listed as active 18 years after the arrest occurred? You'd think they could close it out one way or another long before that.
Either way, lol, because yeah, when that arrest occurred, our Amber already outweighed fighting Amber.
Maybe also consider getting health insurance while open enrollment is still going.

I honestly curious what amber and the hospitals are going to do next as far as her hospital hopping and skipping the bills? Shes only going to get worse and she has no insurance or a regular doctor she sees for her her bloated failing body.
I'm re.tarded because I dont ever use the E.R and have health insurance but do hospitals ever coordinate to deal with a patient like what dr.now did w/ assanti on mshpl? She went 5 times this year alone (never following up with a regular doctor) and next year it will probably increase I mean the bitch is almost 30 and looks worse than ever. Alot of this shit she could have seen a Dr about days and weeks before (bellybutton). Can she be in a system that alerts her as someone abusing the system without getting regular help?
