I just want to correct something about Grigsby's article: it's not at all unbiased, nor is it pro-Vic. Her article
pretends to be unbiased by being coy. It mostly focuses on dry facts, rather than injecting Sharon's opinion or one side's stories all over it, but there's tell-tale signs this is still anti-Vic:
It still goes in against Nick, which is by now a classic method of trying to attack Vic while pretending to be for Vic
It doesn't discuss anything the lawyers said on testimony, instead dismissing it with 'dry discussion of law and billing', and doesn't even mention the wide gap in price that Chupp took an interest in specifically
Although Lemoine asked a bunch of stuff (apparently mostly about Nick and the GFM), what Sharon chose to quote is the repeated "Is it right to file a lawsuit to silence people?", and she paired that with a comment saying "his questions were peppered with objections from plaintiff's counsel, mostly sustained by the judge". When casual people read that, they look at the lawyer tv shows they've seen, and they draw a negative inference from the image of a zealous lawyer constantly blocking his client from answering questions. It's the idea that 'if you have nothing to hide, why are you hiding?'.
The only reason this article looks 'unbiased' is because it's seen in contrast to the literal tabloid level writing of her previous pieces and basically every other article about the situation to date. It's basically the first article written to mainstream media standard...but it's still totally biased, and like people say, almost certainly a set up to either get an interview or slam dunk him after fees.
The funny thing, that was her character in the first(?) show she did for Funimation. Astra: Lost In Space, played the character Luca. Was bioengineered to (presumably) have a male package but grew boobs.
That said, show was surprisingly good.
Slightly different - the one who designed him is weird and thought hermaphrodites were perfect, so Luca has all the organs of both.
The show is decent and barely addresses Luca's SJW-bait status, but knowing they went out of their way to find an 'enbie' to voice him is annoying, much like how the recent Fate anime found a 'genderfluid' person to voice their 'neither male nor female' character. They both do decent jobs for the characters, but it's utterly obnoxious to try to tick diversity boxes with the 'special' characters while they still cast women for all young sounding male characters.

"I'm sorry if I made anyone feel uncomfortable"
"I'm sorry to all con staff that had to put up with my behavior"
NOT GOOD ENOUGH YOUR CAREER MUST DIE
Vic has lots of people in and out of the industry who are massively better respected than the people against him. Shane is
still trying to pretend
@EriMin doesn't exist though, I see. He must be jealous that Kiwi Farms treats her nicely when she comes to visit, and doesn't understand that's mostly because she's relaxed and hasn't admitted to assaulting girls, grooming children, and doesn't have more than one Kiwi dropping hints about terrible - possibly illegal - behavior on the conscene that got him fired from his previous positions and almost sued.
Thought I'd post this here.
@Svetlana , hope this is okay with you. I found this on Lisa's FB.

(Barb is Vic's mom)
Honestly, thank baby jesus for Lisa. I feel like without her Vic would be in a much darker place now. Who cares about Monica, who cares about Chuck, who cares about all the other backstabbers at Funimation, all is good since he has Lisa as his loyal friend.
Worth noting that I believe Stan and Erica are also his friends, it just seems they maybe weren't aware of the situation going down until they were dragged into it.
For those who thought Sharon Grigsby was teeing up the judge to knock Vic down in an update this morning, now her article stands as is throughout the weekend.
It seems the world has once again conspired against her attempts to ruin Vic.
