You know, with a lot of work...eyebrow troon could do better than most. Its body looks a bit like Klinefelter’s and its head seems bigger compared to the body than you usually see with men, and it has a skinny neck.

I was thinking the same thing. The brows are ridiculous but I actually think he'd look slightly better than most autistic AGPs if he styled himself correctly. He should go to one of those tranny makeover people (I could see them making a reality show out of this on TLC)

Isn't tubular breast deformity pretty common in the non-troon population though? I looked into it and, by and large, insurance won't cover it here for either sex (Ontario if you're curious). Depending on the severity it can be a very expensive multi-step project that doctors consider more reconstructive than cosmetic, but there is disagreement there. I've heard stories through the grapevine of women with severe tube boobs getting OHIP to cover it but I don't know the circumstances or even how true that is.

Anyway if people with this problem decide to cheap out by going overseas or to unscrupulous American surgeons we're gonna see a lot of nasty uncanny valley PS2 titties.
