I'm also confused by his comment "not big men" on whether it's height or not. Did he throw in that comment to somehow make known that he, unlike them, has a gigantic penis so that the women who are sure to throw themselves onto him due to his threadnaught are assured it's of adequate size? We may never know the reason why he made this random comment, but the above is my best guess.

There would have been an entirely different reaction if he did this to any of the woman involved in the case, it's such a strange thing to try and present as praiseworthy. Vic ain't perfect nor is he a hypocrite, because he's not fake about the good things he does. Yeah I am not gonna be surprised if he does have a bit of an arrogant streak(this one is hypocritical) and is a massive Horndog, but despite that he's a good man, can't say that about a lot of people in this day and age.
