Is it just me or the fact that people have chosen to take a fine tooth comb to Vic's case over the last little bit while they ignore the Mike Quinn situation is their way of saying Vic is the bigger monster!!! without them outright saying it?

Literally, they've nitpicked every tiny detail while staying absolutely silent about Mike Quinn and continue to stay silent.

If I had to guess, it is more or less a few reasons. For one of the ones that are more involved, it was never about the victims, and more their own agenda. Some of the lesser known KV people(or even unknown ones) might honestly care, but will not dare say anything in fear of being accused of derailing or "siding with a predator". Hell look how they treat that Kira person when they to do some sort of reasonable argument(even though they are kickvic).

I would say one group is fearful of speaking up and getting dogpiled and the other group is just wanting to see vic ruined and do not wanna acknowledge the abusers of their group. In other words, I do think plenty of kickvic actually do care(maybe not the main players, but your unknowns). Hell would not shock me if some have started withdrawing from the controversy.

Yeah maybe im being optimistic, but I do try and remember that kickvic does have some well meaning people who have simply been fooled. They are humans after all(least most of em).

If you’re talking about the more powerful voice actors who know better or voice actors who have continued to blatantly show their support against opposing evidence, then yeah I would agree with you.

But if you’re talking about Funimation voice actors who have either chosen to stay quiet, are being threatened or at worst like a Tweet, I’d have to disagree with you on that. For starters, some of them are married, have a house and are just trying to tow the line. If what Chuck Huber said was true, then these voice actors really don’t get paid much either. That’s not cowardice; that’s being realistic. It sucks, but that’s how it is.

Also, remember, what they post or like on Twitter may not be how they feel in real life. I actually spoke to someone who once used Twitter, and she said that “liking” a Tweet is not the same as endorsement or even liking it. They could be doing it out of habit. They may have done it to make a friend happy, even if they don’t like it. Or they were forced to do it.
