I think there needs to be a line drawn to determine whether a creature, a homo sapien, can be said to be undergoing extreme suffering. If they totally lack self-awareness, can they be said to be suffering? Was Jahi McMath suffering when she lay braindead, being supported by machines? Surely the simple fact of being in a technically-alive body doesn't make one a candidate for extreme suffering in grace. I would say the Hartley girls weren't either, as they had no self-awareness or thoughts.

Is it even possible to determine? Both Hooligans looked like they were in misery to me. Claire wore a perpetually horrified expression, while at least half of Lola's pics portrayed her in various stages of fear, anger, horror, and pain. Since I know they had very little brain matter, I believe they probably just looked like that and had no physical or emotional discomfort or at least could not process these sensations. But I could be wrong. I balk at rejecting them as human because they were obviously poorly formed humans.

That’s why, despite her looking faaaar worse than Claire, I always felt like she had at least a few more synaptic connections firing than her big sister. By Gwens own accounts of their doctor visits, you could stick Claire with needles all day and she would literally fall asleep. Lola would fidget and fuss and tense up.

Now the question is: is “pain” just the electrical input firing between nerve endings, or is “pain” the mental trauma that exists after? I think lola undeniably felt the first, didn’t feel the second.

Lol when I just snapped that screenshot of the infamous “Feeding” aka rooting on slop video I didnt think it was that good of a photo. The more I see it it looks fucking great and funny. She never fed her kids real food its not surprising that thing only lived to 13 despite its insane disabilities lola needed a feeding tube like her sister. They are both going to always be malnourished starving dying creatures but if you are going to force these cheddar goblins to hang around they should of at least been fed. Real food not fucking a tiny amount of sugar from not even a fucking handful of melon slices and goat milk they cant digest.

How do these things not make you laugh? Also we have said they are kinda cute in a 7 dwarves wow that thing is so ugly its kind of funny and endearing kind of way. Whats so evil about these cheddar gobbos warming an old trolls heart. In a way gwen is right about the goblins they are pretty special in a “they make people laugh and feel like kids again” way. How are these things not fucking hilarious looking in all their ridiculous costumes?

I am no authority on matters of faith. But I think that you brought up a good point. Catholicism doesn't embrace suffering for the sake of it. I think that the keyword is Grace, which I believe is one of those big-time virtues that is supposed to bring you closer to God..

As I interpret it, grace with respect to suffering, is in how you cope with it. Suffering is part of the human condition, but it is how we as individuals react to it, that allows the grace of God to enter.

NONE of this applies to Claire and Lola, because they did not have the cognitive apparatus to contemplate their situation, or even react to it with a measurable degree of awareness.

Grace and suffering would apply more to their mother because she could contemplate how miserable her situation was. But putting up a wall of illusion, delusion and denial is not exactly heroic virtue.

I always like to say there were a few very noticeable eras in the cheddar goblins “life”. The photos here are of the mini retard klaus kinski era which preceded the delicate “dying hunchbacked human volleyball” era. My personal favorite is the klaus era after all the cheddar had the most varied funny as hell facial expressions mad video content and of course the “scott coated in lola shit” photo came from this era. It was actually probably the most interesting and rambunctious era of the cheddar goblins short life after all.

Gwen posts updates every few days or so but lately its all woe is me shit that even her followers arent biting on. Her recent non cheddar goblin related posts only garner around 5-20 comments a piece she has to find a new gimmick because “Nooooooooo my goblins are fucking dead!!!!” Kind of already got old during the claire death/peak hunchback era. I’m actually pretty surprised her followers are showing signs of goblin death fatigue its all gwen fault anyway for milking claires death for an entire year straight but its kinda sad now because now that her second cheddar bit the dust she has noone to kiss her ass. She will post noooooo my cheddars are gone get like 10 comments patting her ass then she’ll go a week then post old lola photos and get around 150-200 comments all about “omg how cutesies!!!!” which probably hurts more than it does any good. “God dammit pockey why couldnt your starved ass just live out the holidays mommy needed those costume points and christmas party ass pats Nooooooooo!!!”

Gwen's not really doing anything because she has nothing to post or take pictures of anymore, although inbetween Claire's death and Lola's Gwen was posting old pictures of Claire. We're talking before Claire really started to get twisted and deformed old.

Anyways since it's almost Thanksgiving I think we can expect retro pictures and Gwen talking about how amazing and beautiful they were sometime this week. After that it'll be the anniversary of Claire's death so expect lots of pre-deformed pictures and delusion about Claire's non-existent personality and achievements for that. And angels and how Claire's dying broke Lola's heart.
