Ron would have lied in deposition, and Casey allowed it to happen ( suborning perjury ). I'm just too optimistic Chupp would actually have read it all, especially since Casey was strangely absent for the hearing, and wasn't able to testify in regards to his billing showing Funimation as the client in later bills; whereas he listed Monica in the first few months.

Monica outright said no one else was paying their bills under oath, the funnier part is Ron "real men pay their own legal bills" Toye taking handouts from his personal fiancé's employer.

How much can you lie in filings lol. Casey subpoenaed Vic first for deposition, and did so without first consulting Ty.

The defendants pushed the depos.

Answer discovery? Blatant lie, they added somany padded objections to answering those; the actual objections violate the rules of civil procedure.
They also have a motion to compel them , because they DIDN'T answer discovery.

He now claims they're two separate defendants, but in ALL their filings handled it jointly.

Both of them defamed him the most, and Lemon kept filing random crap, and pointless affidavits to run up the bill.

The Plaintiff was forced to respond to all the extra filings, further increasing the bill.

Lemontwink is desperate to get paid lol, and likely knows he got reamed at the hearing. You don't see Funimation filing extra crap after the hearing trying to justify their 170K base bill.

The one thing that was obvious from that hearing was Chupp had flagged Lemoine as lying to his face, and kept asking him questions to dig the whole deeper. “Have you ever brought up getting the GFM on Twitter?” “ Is this the amount you will actually bill your clients?” Those are like his “Has your client stopped Tweeting?” question to Casey. Casey had the good sense to give an honest answer that told the Judge all he needed to know. Lemoine lied openly and transparently. I’m dying to see how that pays off for him.
