BTW where is Sharon little article about this? In fact where's ANN amazing journalistic article about this?
They covered Chris Ayres’ lung transplant today, which is all fine and dandy, but that transplant actually happened last week. Either these guys are grotesquely incompetent or they’re trying to cover their ass with a belated positive article.

Did Chupp have the discretion to award zero sanctions?
If you don't award any sanctions, it starts to look like it you think it wasn't frivalous. I guess you could say fees are enough to teach Vic a lesson and sanctions aren't necessary. But you're shorting the fee request too. Does start to look like you're changing your mind. Low balling the fee request was a bigger financial break than the cost of the sanctions. Adding in a small but non-zero sanction appears like you are affirming your original ruling.

He's giving Vic a break without trying to signal he's changed his mind. The non-zero sanctions are cover for an overall financial break. Kind of an "Only Nixon could go to China".

Chupp really did F Moronica & Lemoine, hard, for no reason if he believed Vic's suit was completely frivolous.

That's right you long armed hoe, we got appeals. Not over until it's over.

And that nonsense is bullshit you made up along with others.

Well, it's nowhere close to half a million.

But you keep telling yourself that you misshapen orangutan.

It was a grey area. The older version of the law requires them. The new version that took effect Sept 1 leaves it to Judges discretion. But it is very unclear on how the law change retro actively works. Chupp likely threw a token number in there as the easy way out. I think Chupp knows at least some of this is coming back to him in a few months.

I'd say "it ain't over till the fat lady sings," but I've heard MarzGurl sing before and have no desire to subject myself to that torture again.

This stupid bucktooth chimp honestly thinks Vic owes $500,000. Yeah, that’s if he loses the appeals, which hasn’t happened yet. Why can’t these ugly mutants ever read? It’s like inspecting some text is bad for their vision.

I agree about him being lonely.

The beard chick, judging by her social media, seems like a very nice, very basic girl. When I first saw her, I thought she was way younger than 30 and her social media posts also remind me of a girl in her late teens. She seems genuinely nice, though. I remember that one short video of her sitting next to him as his handler at that con he went to in South America a few weeks back. When someone gave him a Broly drawing, she started to brightly smile at his reaction to it. I do think she cares about him. I just have a feeling Vic sees her more as arm candy than as a partner. But maybe I'm wrong, who knows.

I do think that if this goes through appeals, Vic needs to be excruciatingly honest about Michele being a massive cunt during their relationship in court, to make it clear why he cheated. I assume most straight guys have dated a crazy chick during their lives. I feel like the men in the jury could relate to that.

Also interesting that all of the people who said Michele started all of this were right all along. I never quite believed that, but I guess I was wrong. How sad that Vic helped her to get voice acting roles, helped her to get popular through STC, helped her to find an apartment after they broke up and she thanks him by trying to get him to kill himself. I guess getting him to kill himself would've been her last chance to somehow enact control over his life after they broke up.

What a fucking cunt. Hope she gets herpes.
I doubt it's an arm candy thing for Vic; might just be companionship for the two of them. Probably won't last, but I think they know that. Though, maybe it will last...

Also, why would Vic even have to talk about Michele during appeals? It has nothing to do with the case, and Lemon Head only brought it up so that KV would take it and run with it. The judges won't care either way, since it's not illegal to cheat on your partner (unless you are married).

She's probably hoping that Vic comes down with a bad case of suicide before the appeals even start. Hey, it worked for JewWario.

How much do y'all wanna bet that even if he decides not to appeal (very unlikely, but I digress), KickVic will STILL find a way to bitch and moan about it?

Now that Vic and Ty are most likely moving towards the appeals, does that mean they’ll start to include more people in the lawsuit, or do they have to wait on the appeals first? Can two events happen at the same time, or do the appeals happen before the next round?

I am wondering if the others are gonna wanna appeal the fees. I mean there is a penalty if they do and nothing changes, but then again they can appeal those fees too. Can Chupp even do something like that? Seems to be that he is going beyond his scope of power here to try and charge fees if they appeal.

I mean you would think that would be something only the appeals court would be able to issue fees on. Feels like saying if you go and speak to my manager about the price dispute and they side with me, then I charge you more(without the manager issuing the decree).

Only one real way to find out, stay tuned.

"Vig is going to have to pay a million dollars for daring to sue a wahmens!"
"HAHA, ISWV is going to turn on Screech when Vig has to pay the defendants half a million dollars!"
"Look at ISWV celebrating that Vig has to pay a quarter of a million dollars."
You're here

Wondering when itll hit them that MoRon, funi, and marchi have to pay fees too. Especially MoRoN being on the hook for 160k.

It's not illegal to cheat on your spouse, either. Immoral, maybe, depending your specific religious beliefs.

You're not going to get arrested for banging someone else, assuming the usual caveat of consenting adults.

EDIT: Apparently, it is, in some jurisdictions. TIL.
