In America it is illegal in some states to cheat on your spouse. And in some states if you are the person that they cheated on their spouse with you can be sued for ‘Alienation of affection’ or something like that. North Carolina is one such state.

Adultery is still illegal in many states, at least as a civil tort, and many states still have criminal laws against adultery on the books, although they're probably unconstitutional under Lawrence v. Texas or some substantive due process/privacy grounds.

To say nothing about the absolute joke that is divorce/family courts. Even in no-fault states, the dude tends to get raked over the coals even sans adultery.

37,500 for Marchi.

This is $380,542.42. She's $10k off.

Looks like he's some sort of radio personality.

He has 1000 followers, so he seems to be relatively well known. He also seems to know Vic personally. His tweet indicates that.

First of all, I thought his tweet of support was nice to see.

What's even more interesting is that he seems to have a radio talk show and considers Vic a friend. Wouldn't it be great if he could make and air a special about Vic and the situation he's in right now?

@Svetlana tagging you because I thought Vic might want to see this. I know he doesn't use his twitter other than to post stuff. If nothing else I think Vic would be happy to see a supposed old friend support him.

That actually makes sense. Vic did state that he wrote commercial jingles for the radio on the side. It’s good to see him still having friends in places VoiceOfVagina can’t touch.
