Speaking about Snyder-cut, I would like to see the Garreth Edwards cut of Rogue One. I don't care if the "I rebel" line is in it, I just want to see the movie that he wanted to make.

That was a pretty great and lowkey way to get a decent throughline with the campaign.
I've almost beaten Fallen Order. For all the bugs, excessive motion blur even when disabled and the prescence of Debra's bug eyes, I'm actually enjoying the story quite a bit. I'm not sure yet if it's simply because Cal has an arc and what could be called character flaws, which is a big contrast to Rey, or if it's actually decent. The music is quite good as well. Very Star Wars and almost no re-used music from the movies. I've heard a snippet of Luke's theme VERY briefly in a cutscene but it was appropriate where it was used and still gives that feeling of hope. I really like the soundtrack overall. There's a pretty fun scene, that reminded me a bit of the opening arena fight in SW: Bounty Hunter, that had a pretty cool song that's apparently by a Mongolian rock band and seems like a thematic fit for a seedy Star Wars grunge band. There's definitely things to gripe about, and I'll probably post a full on review when I beat it entirely, but it's worth checking out. I posted the torrent for an iso and crack a few pages ago if anyone's interested.

They took 1 cut which was awful, 1 cut which did mildly better, and 1 cut which the fans said "Not bad" and threw them in a blender and made a movie?
Another movie by committee at it's finest. God damn it's gonna be hot garbage for sure.

If this really is the case then we are probably going to have Kylo be thrown down the pit of doom and then randomly show up back alive at the end on tattoine with rey....christ on a cracker I almost want to see this shit now.

If Kylo is alive, not a force ghost, I hope he gets Rey a glass of Blue Milk as the sun sets and the movie ends. I'd ALMOST pay to go see that movie so I could laugh my ass off at the schadenfreude as one of the most powerful entities in the galaxy is a fucking manservant to Reyovah.

Dear George, although the dialogue was and still is awkward and cringy, we sincerely apologize for mocking the well-intended romance between Anakin and Padme. I understood how it played a role in the rise of Vader and we all wish Disney and us didn't take you for granted.

Already did that.
Introduced my kids to the Dark Forces games and some of the Dark Horse books.
At the end of the day, Disney can say this is canon but we will all just call it Disney Star Wars.
All this makes me miss the days when the ewoks were the " worst" and we didn't hate them all that much. Speaking of ewoks
