She's been with Antonio a while, by her standards. They both cheated on one another, but she's been with him at least 6 months. I think she claimed it was a year, but I think it was around May she had her last fake baby with Clarence. I'm really bad with dates though, so I'm not completely positive on that. I believe at the beginning of the year she was "dating" that fake guys (DeShawn? DeAaron?) who she claimed was on Facebook all the time... from his cell in jail.

To be honest. The realistic answer is she probably got caught cheating again. I don't know how or when she would have managed that... they both just sit around in that bedroom together, on that bunk bed and watch TV all day. HIV isn't a huge problem in Arkansas, oddly. I mean, it exists and it's possible. But it's not like she's in Florida or New York or something. That said, STIs don't really bother Sammie. She's had them before. She just keeps on trucking.

I mainly say that because the South has experienced a boom in HIV/AIDS diagnoses the past few years. The South made up 52% of the new HIV diagnoses in the US in 2017 (sauce: CDC), mainly because, whoulda thunk, telling kids to just not have sex isn't an effective form of sex education. That being said, I don't think Arkansas falls into that category (yet) so you've got me there. With the lacking sex ed it's only a matter of time, though.

Can confirm. Get cut/poked on/with ANYTHING while conducting a random cell search the Captain immediately sends you down to the med office where they inject you with an antiviral concoction that makes you feel so bad they put you on mandatory leave for a week afterwards. Don't know why it's illegal to single out everybody in the prisons that has HIV/Hep C or B and just shove them all together in their own little unit to stop the spread of the shit, but we can't. HIPAA laws forbid us from knowing which inmate is HIV-positive as well, so we don't even get a heads-up.

It's so common that I wouldn't be surprised if at least one of the jailbird niggas she fucked is HIV-positive. Maybe she already has it and just doesn't know. If she doesn't she's not gonna find out until it actually turns into AIDS.

That's hard for me to answer, because I honestly can't imagine what kind of woman would want Antonio. He's unemployed, has 3 kids he neglects, he lives with his mother in a shanty, he's on probation, he doesn't have a car. He isn't funny or attractive or intelligent. According to Methed Out Monica he has a big dick but like... who cares? He doesn't even get a check from the gubbermint. I have absolutely no issue believing he cheated on her, because he's done it before. But as far as finding a woman who's a step up from Sammie I don't really think it's possible. He's always going to be with bottom of the barrel chicks like Queen S. Women who have jobs and take care of their shit aren't ever going to want him. The one baby mama we know about is pretty much proof of that... once she got her shit together, she got away from him.
