Inactive Richard "Lowtax" Kyanka - Deadbeat (emphasis on "Dead") founder of Something Awful, forced out of his own community, on his second divorce, stuck his dick in crazy, "Birth Giver"

I got you. That's helpful. I will post a couple of old screencaps to establish my bona Fides. But nothing more or current, for the reasons I have already stated:

-Divorce pending
-Kids involved

These are pretty old. There is more, both old and new. And this isn't the worst of it. But it's all I am comfortable posting at present.

In the early stages of their marriage she couldn't shit on Megan hard enough for fucking up the kids. Was she lying then or is she lying now?

Wow, shit was that bad between them nearly two years ago. Yeesh. No wonder Lowtax stayed in bed all day and ate pills.

Sounds like the marriage went to hell within a year of the baby being born. (No surprise, bad relationships crack quick under the pressure of a baby, esp when the parents are immature head cases.)

If I’m understanding this Ashli was friends with Lowtax’s ex-wife? Wasn’t her name Megan? She was good friends with Megan’s SIL? Or is this another Megan? Did Ashli come around to Megan POV once she was trying to care for an infant with Lowtax?

Rather funny if the leaf wife was teaming up with Korean wife a year into their marriage to go make police reports against Lowtax.

Marriage is a good idea, guys.
One thing my dad did that I initially thought was kind of pointless since both my parents have their own accounts rather than a joint one, and they just split the bills and write each other checks--but when dad got his inheritance he said he was going to put a sizeable chunk in government bonds. The idea grew on me and this type of shit is why that seems like a pretty prudent idea.

What is it with people who were successful Web 1.0 site owners turning into such disasters?
Being a Web 1.0 success only required a single spark of innovation and some coding knowledge that, then, might've been decently advanced but now can be learned with a few online courses. You didn't need business acumen, social skills or any sort of restraint or discipline. Now that the internet is inexorably woven in with myriad other professions full of people who actually know What The Fuck They're Doing, being the weirdo counterculture fuckstick who paid attention in high school computer class and read some books on Java doesn't cut it anymore.

Let's assume for sake of argument that Lowtax is telling the truth and she's abusing women's haven laws to just take his kid and not have to answer for it.

How fucking cucked is he by his forum's population of Current-Year freedom fighters that his daughter has been stolen by an insane abusive bitch with no consequences and he still has to virtue-signal about "BUT MEN ARE STILL THE REAL PROBLEM IN SOCIETY"?? What next, he'll get hit by a car while crossing the street and tweet from the hospital "sure sucks that my spine is broken and I'll never walk again, but women have to deal with manspreading on the train and that's worse am I right everyone?"
The only women Something Awful goons care about are the ones with dicks. You can get away with posting outright misogyny on there as long as you make it clear you're talking about "cis women" or "assigned female at birth", but TERFs are banned if they say anything that annoys the troons. He should have learnt that by now, especially having dealt with Shmorky and seen how he abused his girlfriend and used all sorts of SJW talking points to manipulate and confuse her. That's probably what he's trying to do here, but he's not as good at it as Shmorky was.

It's a bit like DSP and Let's Plays. He got in early and built up a fanbase before the market was flooded. Plus he had a lot of other people making regular content for the site, there's not too much that was just him.

Lowtax looks like he has trouble remembering who is family members are.

This is truer than you know. In the screencaps I have, he does not know what the citizenship status of his daughter is among other things. He gets other details wrong, too. Whether he is lying or doesn't remember, I can't say. But in at least one case, if he was lying, the truth would have served him better, so I'm leaning toward, "doesn't remember."

The internet got overrun with oversensitive faggots. And said Web 1.0 site owners were stupid enough to go along.

I miss Web 1.0 (and the early years of 2.0). It was like the wild west. It was great.

I agree that the barrier to entry was lower then too.

I dunno. Drew Curtis who owns Fark.com turned out rather OK. Sure the site looks like it hasn't left Netscape 2.0 era but it's still keeping him in Jack Daniels and MAGA hats.

I think Rob Malda from Slashdot did okay(ish) too. He got out when the getting was good.
