Weeb Wars / AnimeGate / #KickVic / #IStandWithVic / #vickicksback - General Discussion Thread

I'm gonna stop you right there sir.

We're all fate while incels living in our mom's basement who can't handle a real woman and that's why we are being mean to these victims of Vic's predatory behavior because we have no real world experience.

This is obviously propaganda and must be part of Nick Rekieta's ultimate grift.

I ...uh...

well...

Subverted expectations!

Why is it always the redheads.

Also back during the fees/sanctions hearing she had this little gem:

She came out of left field for me since I hadn't heard her being such a bitch before.

I liked her voice work too, even if she played only secondary characters. Just another one for the disappointment pile that is Funimation.

I hate these fucking snakes

Reminder this entire thing is over a kiss and a hair rustle, but the defendants took it way too fucking far.

exaggerating shit trying to make it look like a rape or a assualt.

I'll be damned if the men in funimation aren't terrified working around the women

Monica and jamie are not victims

God, I hope Vic wins on appeals just to watch these people melt down

You are implying they aren't already. Back in February these people completely dominated to the point even hermits like me for this stuff got wind of it. People were really stretching through the truth and I could see people being uncomfortable with him, but holy shit they picked the wrong guy to throw to the wolves.

Now these people can't do anything to Vic without bitchy fans getting in their way. Deserved and they hate it. They brag about blocking but they can't just get over this. They are living a never ending nightmare and refuse to back down. These people are having a melt down especially Rial. And it is for one simple fact:

After everything they have done and thrown...

People still love Vic.

Oh, I know. But if you thought that was bad, imagine the uproar when (or if) Vic wins those appeals. It will make this past February look like a down period.

This is why I'm looking forward to it, so I can see them have a mental fuckin' breakdown on the internet. I sort-of skimmed through the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedures (T.R.A.P) document and, honestly, if Vic DOESN'T win the appeal, there's either some fuckery going on behind the scenes, there's something that I missed out on in the document, Vic's counsel somehow messed up or the Defendants attorneys' did a big brain move.

Speaking of which, I should restart reading through the TRAP document properly.

Now that you've mentioned it, Nick's implied that a LOT of male Funi employees have been hiding out in their offices recently...

Looks like Sen is doing a livestream about that tranny, pedo shit. A whole few hours after it practically died down.
He thinks doing a stream about the pedo @Yuusha-sama outed will make people forget how much of an insufferable twat he is. The pedo is old news already anyway.
"Haha, look guys. I'm making fun of him too! Do you like me yet??"

Indeed. Ruki was outed, we have a fuckin' good time laughing at all the idiots, Ruki practically (to a degree) tried his best to apologise, some people continued to support and some didn't, that's that. It was fun while it lasted, let's continue on with whatever the next tormenta de mierda is.

So I'm not sure if this belongs here or in Jamie's thread more, but having been keeping track of the isekai that Jamie costars in, I can't help but notice there's a running joke that the protagonist rips hair out of Marchi's character's head for his various purposes (goddess hair = powerful synthesis material)

At one point he rips out 100+ hairs from her head while she's asleep and they play up the joke of him possibly taking advantage of her in her sleep - to which he denies saying he's not that kind of person "and you're not a lady".

So, you know. Jamie Marchi is actively playing in an anime where she lusts after a hot guy that doesn't even consider her a woman, that consistently yanks her hair so hard that he rips hairs out of her head, and then the show made a joke comparing that to sexual assault (and ultimately determining it's not). While currently in a lawsuit insisting that it's not defamation for her to call that sexual assault, getting funded by a rape victim fund, and pretending to be a victim. And doesn't seem to have any issue with the show making fun of her supposed horrible experience.
