Boogie is a idiot for starting shit with Apollo. The dude routinely calls people out and knows how to whip up not just his own community but all of speedrunning and youtube in general when needed. He's done so multiple times in the past to overturn false channel terminations, deal with potential lawsuits from salty losers and get abusive channels like CaveiraGames shut down. He's even gone to conventions specifically to confront liars like Billy Mitchel and otherwise dig into peoples past to find contacts for unique interviews. I hope things worsen between the two of them. It would be hilarious if some autistic speedrunner ends up being the one who starts an anti-boogie trend on youtube.

It is revealing of his thought process and the way he perceives people. If he sees an unknown person mocking him, that person is fair game. If he sees a known personality mocking him, he generally surrenders, sucks up, says "haha, disagree, love ya though!" Why? A person with influence is perceived as a potential threat, a person without influence is not. The way he treats people who do not influence an audience is indicative of how he treats people in general. The only people he affords any courtesy to are those sucking up to him, or those who can choose to either advance or cripple his career.

I don't think Boogie knows who Apollo Legend is; or how he got history rewritten/corrected about people holding world records in games. Or how he had the stones to fucking meet Billy Mitchell in person, while wearing a Billy Mitchell cosplay, after putting out a video that put Mitchell's records in contention. He probably figured he could just Youtube Big Dick him and get away with it. Because if he did a bit of research, he should've been able to realize he'd be punching above his weight.

Top autists allege that Boogie was ticketed for distracted driving. It's not unreasonable to assume he was driving whilst playing with his phone considering he does it all the time.
Narrative seems to say "Traffic slowed, driver failed to stop in time, impacting other vehicle"
So what we can gather is he utterly falsified (again) there being a pile-up and the driver in front having a stroke, and cops need to attend classes for their dogshit handwriting.
Boogie is a vehicular homicide case waiting to happen and needs to have his license revoked; always one hand on his phone, sometimes even recording twitter videos(!) whilst driving, and never wearing a seatbelt. I don't think anyone particularly cares if he dies but a 400lb ball of lard flying through his windscreen at 80kph is a lethal projectile.

If so, I hope the fat son of a bitch gets sued. If he got ticketed for it, that's negligence per se and establishing liability would be a slam dunk. He probably has the cheapest, shittiest insurance he could get, though, and is probably not worth much.

And man, if you didn't post a picture of your ticket that says "driver failed to stop in time" along with showing he broke a "due care" law (which to be fair, from what I gather, it can be just simple distracted/not giving a fuck while driving that breaks that law - both of which Boogie is so capable of) on top of giving people advice so they won't put a short distance between themselves and the car in front of them or use their phone while driving (which he, like, totally didn't do in this accident and he's tired of talking about it so stop bringing it up guys it's not like he's going to respond with more

Damn didn't even see that one, it's really hard to keep up with his bullshit because of the endless lies and backtracking. It's not even just the big lies like the whole rape thing; it's constant smaller ones too. He made a post a while back 'I took one bite of this donut that's all I'll have' then a video from someone else shows he ate pretty much the whole thing.

No surprise to anyone here, but this guy is so easy to read it’s a wonder he has any followers left.
I hope that the people he hit go after him. He probably thought a ride to the ER for a blister would cause sympathy, but my Christmas wish is for the people in front of him to somehow google him and see all these videos of him driving on his phone, and then lying about eyesight that’s so bad at the ancient age of 45 that he can’t read an email, and they sue his ass and take his license.
They probably don’t have much in the way of damages but if anybody is getting a Tesla it should be them and not Boogie. And back pain can pop up a week later, causing the need for medical care, physical therapy, maybe even a surgery. Not that I want anybody hurt-unless it’s Boogie and he’s finally getting a long overdue comeuppance.
Although I hope he does buy a Tesla and then his channel finally dies for real and good and he’s left with payments he can no longer make, on his house too. What will he do when he’s no longer a person “of note?”

Also I've seen it around a few places alleging the blister on his hand from the airbag indicates he was not holding the wheel on impact, but I don't know anything about that. Any Kiwis with knowledge on that please let us know.

This is something that frequent liars do often to shore up credibility, and to deflect pressure away from themselves. It's a clear red flag of a pathological liar.
