Honestly in mass brawls like this, most specifics of martial arts lose a lot of value vs just making sure the people to your left and to your right understand basic melee skirmishing tactics. If someone gets close enough to swing at a crowd of people, they can and will be grabbed in, thrown down, and stomped to death. The fact that these skirmishes don't go that way just mean that the factions either don't want to kill others, or are inept. This is basically how a lot of the early brawls between tsarists and bolsheviks went until the state decided to start shooting bolsheviks in the street.

Just to add further to the fight sperging.

I would take a group of literal larpers over considerably better one on one fighters. Fighting en-masse is much more about discipline, being able to hold a line and support the people next to you than individual prowess. March them up there in formation and watch them just slowly push the opposition back until they either fall down and get trampled or get exhausted and go home.

Not that that's going to happen, these people aren't really fighting to win. If they were they'd just bring a fucking gun. They're fighting to beat their chests about how big and tough they are. That's why I find the whole punch a nazi thing so painfully transparent. All they do is give those evil nazis exactly what they want in an opportunity to prove how tough they are and the only thing they get out of it is stroking their own tough guy egos.

What are they even fighting over? There's no ground to be taken, there's no supplies to capture. Nobody even gets killed and it certainly doesn't make the nazis change their mind about being nazis, quite the opposite. It's just a pointless punch up because they can't bear the thought that they have to share a world with these people and they have no idea what they can actually do about it.

Doesn't anyone else get the feeling that one of the big drive for anyone that desires to call themselves antifa all seems to stem from some form of delayed or elongated adolescent rebellion? Most of them already cling onto one of the most teenage edgelord subcultures of punk (which died when GG Allin died) well into their late 20s and early 30s when they should've outgrew that shit before they were old enough to graduate Highschool. Part of me thinks that a lot of these people are going through some form of a quarter-life crisis and can't stand the idea that they can no longer live by the "trust no one over 30" ethos anymore, so this is truely their last chance to lash out and scream at a world that truely doesn't care about them as much as they'd want them too

The point I'm trying to make is that Antifa seems to draw in exclusively some very deeply psychologically unhappy and socially stunted people, but that's just the name of the game when it comes to who fringe political and/or religious groups go to recruit, isn't it?

It's a cult, fueled externally by sorosbux. All the crusty old punks that used to be huge racists found out if they yell some sjw bullshit people will think they're badasses again.

Hence antifa attacking people and calling them Jews and spics. They forget that's the old gang.

Does anyone know if it's some directive on the Antifa grapevine, that they have to look ridiculous when they're having their mugshots taken. You think they've have some pride, stand up straight wipe the mascara from underneath their eyes. It's really strange.
