Phil debunks this every other month on average on stream so to be fair to him, I'm going to cut to the chase and give you his explanation of this complaint; he appealed his adsense ban years later after it was suspended and they reinstated it so it's not a ban evasion account, it's a previously suspended account reinstated, distinct difference. Is that the true and honest situation on adsense? I don't know or really care, just putting it out that this is what DSP would say to answer your complaint cheer/sub/tip message about using multiple accounts against the adsense terms of service.

From what I have read, the chances of retrieving a previously banned Adsense account are highly unlikely. Most people who rely on that income form a new LLC which would make them eligible for a brand new account.

But DSP didn’t do that. He’s most likely using a false account under Leanna’s name/soap company which, if google ever found this out, would prompt another ban.

Chances are his story that he spins is to hopefully stop people from reporting him to google. There is video evidence of him breaking the Adsense ToS. There is no way they would reverse his ban.

Oh I get your points in your claim about what is really the truth of the matter here, I'm just playing devil's advocate by putting out how DSP would counter this charge, and does so pretty consistently when it's addressesed by him.

I'd love to see the proof that he's lying though (let me specify, lying about reinstatement of his suspended advertising revenue account, not lying about what he claims were his fans triggering a fraud alert by mass clicking ads once he was fired from the helicopter parts company in an attempt to support him which he definately never instructed them to do because that's gaming the system in direct violation of his terms of service he agreed to in order to use it) because the contortions Phil will bend himself into to collect internet pennies is more amusing than his play through videos unless the rage is out of control during them.

(Also why are you being helpful and laying out a perfectly legal, perfectly valid way to get around a personal Adsense account shuttering without having to wait years and then hope an appeal falls on friendly eyes and ears? There is some potential sperging in the pipeline if Dave is passive against those claims. If his tweeting YT doesn't do anything (hint hint: it wont) and doesn't actively try to rid the content ID claims manually, his whole channel is in real danger of being completely demonetized for "reused content."

They aren't strikes, they are claimed videos. 3 strikes will nuke your channel, these just take your videos and put their ads on it.

Lots of little companies do this, games companies don't claim music and video very often. This means other companies can make some music with samples from the games and then claim lots of videos. Since most won't argue against claims thinking its the publisher, it's an easy way to steal money.

Because you honestly think Phil would go through the minimal effort of creating a new LLC? He can’t even move the furniture around in his “office” to make it more appropriate, normal and comfortable.

Correct. It's a Content ID claim and doesn't count as a strike against you. The original owners of the content can choose to block it or to allow it to remain live with revenue going to the claimant rather than the uploader. I have many of them.

That’s on his second account which he isn’t suppose to have. He linked a second Adsense account to DSPGaming after his partner dropped him, but something was wrong with that account so that’s why he bitched.

had something to do with with his YouTube and Google+ account being joined and his dumbass spamming of 50+ videos a day was being rightfully classified as spam so he had a freeze put on that Adsense account. Had Google known he was already banned once on a different account, he would have been banned again and fucked.
