For some reason, the mish-mash of bodyparts makes me feel much more disturbed than the gore. At least the gore has some root in reality, despite being fucked up. Multiple breasts? How about you have multiple people around! And the bouquet of penises picture many pages back, even if you use a human character, it still looks very disturbing. And don't get me started on maiming and killing characters, makes me question their sanity.
