They can't ever be happy because they aren't gender dysphoric or w/e. They are broken and self-loathing, and the belief that they only feel this way because they don't have $20,000 to have their dicks chopped off (or because bigoted racist NAzi-run states like California make them wait whole MONTHS before they can make their health insurance to pay for it) is what allows them to cope, but also stops them from seeking the real help they very clearly need.
Because when they have their dick cut off, when they get their fake tits, when they have thier skull damaged to be "more feminine",when they fuck up their body's whole messaging system with horsepiss injections, it doesn't actually help because they are still the same broken, unhappy people they were before.
