A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

If Republicans don't use troonery to sink Democrats in 2020, I'm going to get even more suspicious about how much this shit is getting astroturfed. If they don't do it, then someone has to be essentially paying them not to.

I'll be optimistic for now that they're waiting to take down whoever the nominee is. If that is their plan, it's a good one because it also depends on the nominee. Warren is such a pathetic pandering liar, she'll be the easiest to destroy with tranny bullshit. Someone like Biden will be a little more difficult because he doesn't seem like an SJW dunderhead (even if his policies on trannies are identical to Warren's).

As far as the fetishists go, reducing the stigma might make them more willing to be seen in public with a tranny, but it won't mean that straight men will suddenly be clamoring for girldick or stinkditch. It also won't make trannies suddenly be able to get pregnant, it won't make the average tranny non-hideous, it won't cure their mental illnesses, and it won't make them stop acting like assholes.

I usually vote Democratic, have since growing up in a pro-labor area. But if this is the hill Dems want to die on, I am not the only one who'll be letting them die there.

Orange Man hasn't been as bad for the country as thousands of unleashed narcissistic fetishists let loose into women's spaces and told they can climb to the top of the progressive stack will be. He can serve a second term for all I care, if Democrats focus on full-scale biology denialism to pacify the mentally ill as a platform plank. That shit has consequences that go a lot deeper than one election or one issue. It'd be like shutting down any round-earth discussions because flat earthers kill themselves so often. The next group of nutters knows they can just copy the same campaign and hold guns to their own heads to get their way.

I'm more and more convinced that this isn't just about gross men in women's spaces anymore. In addition to what you mentioned, that this is about not letting the lunatics run the asylum, troonery is also closely aligned with the left's war on free speech and on inconvenient facts. I also think this is social engineering, trying to force the public to buy completely nonsensical lies. I don't know what the endgame is there, but it can't be good.

I have almost always voted Democratic (except last election I voted Green as a protest vote because I hated both Trump and Clinton). But, this is where they lose me. It is hard to imagine that a Trump presidency is the less dangerous option for women, but here we are. In the last local election, I voted for a Republican because the Dem candidate supported the right of trans prisoners to get gender affirming care on the taxpayer dime. So I said nope and picked the R candidate.

If Repubs don't call out the transgender stuff, though, I probably won't do it. But my local Repubs used it in their campaigning, so I'm hopeful they'll at least slow down the troon menace if they don't stop it. But, even if I don't actually vote Republican, I'll likely just stay home. I'm not voting for anyone who puts .018%'s of the population's demands above the rights of 50.8% percent of the population. So, the Dems do not have my vote. And when they lose to Trump, they can once again blame the evil Terves and I will have zero fucks to give.

If I recall correctly, I think it was Anonimous who talked about how if you can convince someone to say something they know to be false (2+2=5, there are 3 lights, that man in the dress is a woman) it breaks you down and makes you lose your dignity. After that, you just go along with whatever they say, and when they tell you that painting your house green is illegal when last week they said every house had to be that color, you bring up your wrists and let them put the handcuffs on.

And it sounds eerily similar to this, forcing people to agree with a fact that they can see with their own eyes is incorrect.

The problem the Dems will have with me is that whîle I guess the Trump Presidency has been personally bad for some people, as a regular person with a stable job who has made sound life choices and is happy and satisfied personally, professionally, and with my family, other than rolling my eyes at some of his antics...the numbers are good for me. In every measurable way, it’s been a good couple of years.

And I am representative of all moderate white Dem moms, and they’ve made it clear they’re not interested in my vote. If I can experience this change of political will, it is very very bad news for Dems, since we’re the demographic most likely to both support Dems and actually show up to vote.
They don't want your vote. None of these wacko conspiracy theorist Democrats deserve your vote and they prove why not every single day.

There was some real excitement about Pelosi beating Trump but that quickly went away once it turned out that she's been bluffing about everything. The Mueller fiasco, the Steele Dossier full of 4chan posts, and now this bogus impeachment.

Why exactly should failure be rewarded with a vote? Especially when the easiest way to stick it to her will be to either not vote or vote Republican in your House race. Nancy Pelosi is too busy sipping champagne with her rich donor pals to notice anything less than losing the House.

I'm just agreeing with everyone above. The trans issue is going to get Trump re-elected. Gender specials and their rich enablers--see, for example, Pritzker and Martine Rothblatt--believe this bullshit, as do lots of people in media and in universities, but most regular people think this is complete insanity.

Bill Maher had a show recently where a conservative commentator said that liberals want you to believe that men can menstruate, and Maher and the other guests and the audience burst out laughing, and basically called him a liar. Those people need to come to the farms and get some real news.

When they get real facts about this issue, decent sane people think it's horrific.

Lol I *am* a wacko conspiracy theorist. I fully believe that Trump was colluding with Russia and still is. I also believe there are some pretty gross sex tapes out there with his face in them and that he was banging the shit out of underage girls with absent dads and drunk West Palm Beach trailer park moms procured for him by Epstein.

And even with this, I now might conceivably vote for the guy. If it takes more Russian “interference” to keep the troons at bay, so be it.

And while I’m repulsed by the chomo shit, once again, you gotta peel back the layers and grind me down to the basics, and here’s what you end up with: my underage female child doesn’t have an absent dad or a drunk trailer park mom. She would never end up being procured by Epstein. My family comes first, last, and always. If it takes a guy who preys upon 14-yo Ukrainian “models” to keep the troons away from my daughter then so be it. I’m sorry for them, but in another century those girls would’ve been highly sought-after Circassian slave girls traded as very expensive prizes amongst the Turks. I guess it’s what you get for being slim, blonde, young, and beautiful in the Crimea.

I guess Dems are just so far removed from real, legitimate human feeling and motivation and family loyalty that it never occurs to them people still want to protect their own kids.
I don't have kids but I didn't appreciate being expected to tell a woman that she was wrong for being nervous around a man in a dress. How can I be a feminist and tell women that they need to make themselves less safe to make a bunch of men happy?

If the Clinton/Pelosi ticket wins 2020, how long until they pass a "tranny tax" law that says you have to suck X tranny dicks each year or else go to jail? I imagine it'd be a sliding scale based off of your overall attractiveness.
Clinton is actually in the dog house with trannies right now for the most milquetoast transphobic statement, basically transwomen have different life experiences than cis women. It's hilarious how fast they throw people under the bus, and how a slight rewording to make them sound special without changing the meaning would get blind praise.

US Supreme Court refuses to hear troon prisoner case.

The U.S. Supreme Court has chosen not to hear the case of a transgender inmate who filed a civil rights lawsuit when Texas prison officials denied her request for gender confirmation surgery.

Vanessa Lynn Gibson, 41, filed the suit against the Texas Department of Criminal Justice earlier this year, arguing it was violating her constitutional right against cruel and unusual punishment guaranteed in the U.S. Constitution’s Eighth Amendment.

Although Gibson was provided with hormone therapy while behind bars, the prison denied her request to be seen by a specialist who may have been able to confirm the urgency of the operation. This decision, her lawyers stated in filings with the Supreme Court, could be life threatening.

Gibson eventually sued the TDCJ, but her claim was rejected in March by the New Orleans-based 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Judge James Ho, a Trump appointee, ruled at the time that it was not cruel and unusual punishment to deny her gender confirmation surgery because it didn't meet the needs of “medical care so unconscionable to fall below society’s minimum standards of decency.”

“A state does not inflict cruel and unusual punishment by declining to provide sex reassignment surgery to a transgender inmate,” Ho wrote in his decision. “Under established precedent, it can be cruel and unusual punishment to deny essential medical care to an inmate. But that does not mean prisons must provide whatever care an inmate wants… Necessity and efficacy of sex reassignment surgery is a matter of significant disagreement within the medical community…. Respected medical experts fiercely question whether sex reassignment surgery, rather than counseling and hormone therapy, is the best treatment for gender dysphoria.”

Gibson’s attorney, Maxwell S. Kennerly, spoke out in defense of his client following Ho’s ruling earlier this year.

“Although some people claim ‘trans rights’ are ‘special rights,’ the movement for ‘trans rights’ is really an effort to provide transgender persons the same rights everyone else has,” Kennerly wrote in his blog Litigation & Trial. “All the plaintiff wanted in her lawsuit was the same treatment every prisoner is entitled to have under the Constitution, i.e., appropriate treatment for what everyone agreed was a ‘serious medical need.’”

Kennerly added that Judge Ho’s opinion was “outrageous, an example of the very worst sort of result-driven judicial activism.”

According to court papers, Gibson has suffered from severe depression, engaged in self-mutilation, and attempted suicide since she was first incarcerated in 1995 for aggravated assault. She was later convicted of murdering a fellow inmate in 1997.

The Pluralist reports that in Gibson’s SCOTUS filing, her attorneys cite a 1976 Supreme Court ruling that if officials ignore serious medical needs of prisoners, they’re violating the Eighth Amendment because it is an “unnecessary and wanton infliction of pain.”

“I feel like my constitutional rights are being violated because [the TDCJ is] indiscriminately denying us medical care for no reason,” Gibson said in an interview with KWTX, Waco’s CBS affiliate. "Having male genitalia, it makes me literally sick. I’m talking about to the point that I hate my life and it's an everyday thing."

According to KWTX, there are 144,000 inmates in the state of Texas (20,000 more than in California). Of that number, 212 prisoners in Texas identify as trans.

The Supreme Court has yet to comment on why they chose not to hear the case. Gibson will become eligible for parole in 2021.

“Scott Gibson who has identified and lived as Vanessa Lynn since the age of 15, was imprisoned after holding up a convenience store in Abilene, his hometown, in 1994. While serving an 18-year sentence on two counts of aggravated robbery, Mr Gibson murdered a fellow inmate and made a deadly assault attempt on a corrections officer. He was sentenced to 20 years for aggravated assault, possession of a deadly weapon and murder.” Link

History of suicide attempts, depression, violent behavior... I don’t think that stink ditch is going to alleviate the blues there fella. Guy is up for parole in 2021, so I guess he’s running out of time to get that sweet, sweet, taxpayer funded SRS.

That's when we all don sackcloth and ashes.

I think I read that he also threatened to self-castrate. I mean, is that a threat? Knock yourself out, dude. Better yet, do it in the middle of night when there are no guards around so you bleed out before help arrives.
