Dee
NIED

Let me get my popcorn, today will be fun on the farms and on Twitter.
Get ready for some meltdowns and high-level of denial.
Get krumped LawTwitter.
The cope will be real. Forecast: trying to keep civil at first but it's gonna eat at them. certain folks will go private (BT, dom, etc) and others will sperg into oblivion (Doucette, dunford, sirloin, whoever the hell else).

Also, I'm curious, and blocked. What's Dunford's ugly Christmas sweater like this year?

Oh man tomorrow is going to be a hoot.

Been up 20 minutes and already at 4k views.

What you guys predicted is already happening. Shane and co are indeed claiming that Lemoine's motion being dismissed is a huge loss for Vic, since that means more judges will get to laugh about his case and of course that means Vic will lose and will have to pay 500 quadrillion dollars to the defendants.

ISWV can't take a loss well, but at least they accept a loss as a loss.

They aint referred to as NPC's for nothing.

Ill be completely fair though and say this does not mean KV lost yet. What it does mean is the law twits were WRONG and that lemonfag embarrassing tactics have failed, and even the trial court + court of appeals now sees what he tried.

Lurkers if this case was truly frivilous, lemonpledge would not have had to try such an underhanded tactic to get vics right to appeal denied to him. Sure go ahead and try the bullshit "it would make expenses less", but if that was the case, there would have been no deposition during the trial before TCPA filing. This is design to try and bankrupt vic and if this case was truly frivilous, then lemonboy would WANT this to go to appeals to hope to reduce his clients fees and have them put on vic. Unless he is okay with making his clients be on the hook for 160k?

Nah theyll just then say "hur hur well now this will go in front of a jury and then MORE people will know THE TRUTH!"

Yet, somehow, every penny of the million bucks or so the defendants have poured into this case have been a desperate attempt to make sure Vic never gets his case heard by a jury. A jury is what absolutely terrifies these evil fucks.

See that is the funny thing. I dont think the defense will be happy about this. I dont think lemonheads firm will be happy about this. Who I am referring to doing this is shane and the law fags.

Reminds me of the friend who keeps being arrogant on behalf of someone else. I cannot find a scene I am trying to properly convey, so we will use spongebob early season.

Idiots.

I guarantee if Vic wins appeals they'll be like "H-He only won after appealing! Loser!"

Shane already claimed that appeals "are for people who want to cry about losing."

He then ignored the argument that we still have wrongful executions despite having appeals.

Shane's idea's about our court system seems.. unAmerican to say the least.

Edit:

The defense isn't happy about it. They probably expected it though. Lemoine is throwing everything and the kitchen sink to get this dismissed.

I would say the lawfirms expected this could happen, but I doubt Ron, Monica, Funi, or Jamie did. I expect Jamie and Ron to potentially go full meltdown mode soon if there is even a hint at them being brought back in. The law firms will try and charge someone one way or another most likely.

now @AnOminous I dunno how much you know about TCPA or Appeals in general, but is the appeals court going to want to see the lawyers and clients? or just the lawyers? or are they pretty much going to decide the merits based on filings?
