Star Wars Griefing Thread (SPOILERS) - Safety off

EDIT: @GeneralFriendliness At this point I'm even disillusioned with Filoni, the golden child of Lucasfilm who everyone wants to be the new studio head. I don't want that guy. He buttfucked the EU with his OC fanfics. Sure, they made the Prequels more palatable to a wider audience, but he could've done that without destroying the carefully crafted universe of books, games and comics up until that point, nevermind the fact that Genndy did better with a handful of animated shorts. As much as I enjoyed Clone Wars and Rebels (mostly because it felt like ANH), Filoni's not an ideal leader or replacement. Like George, ironically, he needed somebody to tell him, "No." Maybe that someone is Kevin Feige or Jon Favreau, but unfortunately they weren't around from 2008 to 2012.

Yes! This. So much this. Filoni pisses me off too. Ashoka could've meant something, but instead we have to create new levels of goofy magic universe portals that Doctor Who would've even shied away from, in order to bring her back (because, as is mentioned around here, she is Filoni's personal body pillow for some reason). All just so....we could have more Ashoka.

Rebels was a tiresome slog that went on twice as long as it should've, completely lost its way in the process, got really weird, and in the end I wished I'd never recorded and put the energy into keeping up with it. I say this all the time at home: FOR A MINUTE THERE the series looked like it could go in the direction of being a cautionary tale about turning to the dark side. Space Aladdin was a useless, shallow character--an empty vessel--but for that brief moment where Maul was Wormtongue-ing him into going with him, we got a glimpse of how marvelous everything could've been.

We've never had a story exactly like that, but we could've seen, well, the dark side of turning to the dark side. Space Aladdin becomes Maul's personal apprentice-lite, turns against his friends, final battle ensues. It's not a Vader-level story, but a low-level everyday kid. Coulda been great.

I mean, it's not like they had a specific arc planned for him! Which became brutally apparent in the end.

So this is Exogol...?

Not what I was expecting... And the giant floating cube is a lot more underwhelming than I thought it was. I thought it would be like a square death star floating in the sky, instead it just slightly hovers over the entrance. Does this thing even do anything? None of the leaks even talk about this dumb block as almost everything seems to take place underground. Also does Kylo Ren even need to go through the Omega 4 crap to get to Exogol or what?

Also is it just me or did Rey get flatter?

By the way does anyone know if there's been anything confirming the old leaks about Rey getting Luke's helmet and X-Wing? That seems to be the only old leak yet to be confirmed.

I would've at least enjoyed the first season or 2 of Rebels if they didn't ham it up with all the cameos and references. Every other week it was another OT and Filoni Wars cameo that just made the whole damn galaxy feel like it was the size of a neighborhood. It didn't help how safe it played itself to the point where they main character had to use a fucking slingshot and a stunsaber as weapons when Boba Fett was using blasters before he could crawl. And it still boggles me as to why Disney chose a highly restrained show for ages 7-10 to be the ultimate and most important lynchpin in their new canon. Hell its the only piece of SW media aside from the OT to get referenced in the Disney Trilogy.

I don't like Filoni. He's a hack that doesn't understand the first thing about writing. He dumbed Grievous down from a warrior fighting for revenge who was ultimately betrayed by his employers to a one-dimensional bad guy. He dumbed Dooku down from a dark Jedi who went against the order to try to destroy Palpatine from the inside to a one-dimensional bad guy. He dumbed the Jedi down from inexperienced commanders who poorly conducted the war causing resentment from the more free-thinking clones to tactical fucking geniuses who only occasionally lost battles. He dumbed the clones down from a well-trained genetic super-soldier army of a dubious morality to a bunch of free-thinking soldiers with widely differing personalities avoiding any moral questions about what is essentially an army of slaves. I could go on, but you get the point.

Here you go--this leak came out Wednesday, and has her FLYING the damn thing and calling herself "Red 5" for the love of all that is holy...

The video is all of the JediPaxis summary of the film, and also leaks that are confirmed by the government ratings agency in Sweden! It's very interesting.

I just checked out the JediPaxis leak and something doesn't add up.
He says D-O is found in Ochi's ship and that he belonged to Ochi and was heavily abused, but the official guide for IX along with all other sources say that D-O belongs to Crazy Frog and lives with him on the ice asteroid Kajimi/whatever. I even posted a page from said guide here. Is this bullshit or simply another victim of reshoot changes?

Did anyone else catch Filoni's exceptional in-universe name in the credits?

Trapper Wolf

I thought his lupine fetish was a meme! You couldn't make this shit up.
For the love of all that's holy Filoni, enough with the wolf stuff...

So even though this isn't technically news, since we've known about Rey returning to Achc-Chew, this bears emphasizing:

It wasn't enough that they gave the Millenium Falcon to Rey on a silver platter in TFA, like 15 minutes into it. It wasn't enough that they gave her Anakin's lightsaber or Kylo's Force training before the first film in the trilogy ended.

Now they're giving her Luke's X-Wing.

Rey is not a character. She exists to be glorified, stan'd, and given things for free.

There's a few germans on /tv/ and reddit who claim they're planning to see and spoil the film on the 18th, so I'm sure we'll have no shortage of spoilers on the 18th.

Edit:
WAIT! Something new has been added!

The official premiere in LA is on the 16th! Considering that people within Lucasfilm along with friends and family among test screenings spilled the beans, we'll probably get spoilers on the 16th!

If that's the case...

REVISION:
DAY 3!!! 3 DAYS UNTIL PLAN IX: THE FALL OF SKYWALKER!

You know, this just reminded me of something.

The Mandalorian S1 is supposed to be 8 episodes long, yeah? So regardless of when the world gets to see The Cucking of Skywalker, Episode 6 is the last one we'll see before it comes out.

So is the finale of The Mandalorian supposed to apologize for The Ruin of Skywalker by way of Baby Yoda after the fact? Or are the shills just going to point to Baby Yoda trying to heal Dyn and say, "Look, that's a Force power, so you can't say JJ pulled it out of his ass."

Yes! This. So much this. Filoni pisses me off too. The cast of Rebels also dilute the importance of the OT. Suddenly Luke, Leia, Obi-Wan and Yoda aren't the last of the Jedi, and both Kanan and Space Aladdin are much better Jedi than any of them. Even the Rebellion is undercut somewhat by Saw Guerrera, who regarded them as not radical enough. Then the Bendu--the cosmic Tim Pool of Star Wars--comes in and muddles the Force to the point of appealing to Grey Jedi activists, in spite of George's definition of balance: the Light side conquering the Dark. That's how you know that George barely gave a shit at that point, when he just let Filoni do whatever he wanted.

For the love of all that's holy Filoni, enough with the wolf stuff...

This is the kind of stuff you do when you're 14 and feel dishonoured about when you're 24.

Did anyone here save that page from the essential guide I posted before? I'm having trouble finding it.

Is it even possible to fill 7 pages worth of 'tism in just 3 days?
We need to find the most wretched, cringy, and jawdroppingly shit piece of nu-EU material that has been created thus far. Im talkin fart fetish kids book/gay porkins vacation level shit.....

Maybe we can start off with a review for Fallen Order story... @Hexidecimal care to share your experience and criticism of the ending?

The only thing I can share are pages from Wendig's books and maybe Dr. Aphra shit. Also I still haven't finished my breakdown of all the bullshit in TLJ's casino scene. I could also do a breakdown of a video by HelloGreedo that's aged like bad cheese.

tbh we'll probably hit 1k by tomorrow.

Here's some shit vfx work i saw in a trailer.
This shit just gets lazier and lazier.

Reddit is going into full damage control over the Burger King leaks by claiming they're all fake. Meanwhile more people are coming out of the wood work to shit on IX and are comparing it to GoT season 8.

BK leaks and reactions below.

Damn. I didn't hate GOT Season 8 as much as others but even I know comparing anything to it means death.

Trapper wolf sounds like a furry username. But Star wars always did have weird names.

I hope trapper wolf gets killed off by a Kaleesh, that turns out to be Grievous's off -spring in the show. I would have alot more respect for filoni if that actually happened.

It does have weird names, and normally a name like that wouldn't even catch my interest, but the thing is that this is the in-universe name Filoni chose for himself and this is just one of many MANY times Filoni has power leveled his wolf fetish.

The pics below are just a few examples, but he always has something wolf-related on him at all times, usually as either a shirt, a badge, keychain, pendant, or a necklace. He also draws a lot of art of characters like Ahsoka, Kenobi or Rex riding around on wolves, relaxing sleeping with wolves, etc. Turning an old alien species into wolf-human hybrids for no reason, making the heart of the universe in Star Wars be guarded by wolf paintings and it even has wolf constellations, making it so jedis who haven't mastered ghosthood are instead reborn as wolves, and then there's the wolf models he used for Rebels which had the most amount of detail and nodes out of anything for the show, and the final shot of the show is entire cast of the show together... but with wolves... Giant photorealstically traced wolves with scales alongside cartoonish characters. They don't even match with the show's aesthetic.
wolf fucker.png

I don't think he might be a furry, but the man is definitely a wolfaboo, particularly one who has trouble controlling his power level. Back during Filoni Wars, he seemed to have more self control as the only wolf related thing there was a clone trooper squad named after wolves.

Filoni lives out his furry vore fantasy.pngfiloni wtf.jpgFiloni's tumblr profile.jpg1576254608476.png1576254630986.jpeg
