I just want something to be overturned by the appeals court so that it opens up discovery. If that happens maybe Funimation will bless us with more stupidity by refusing to settle. The entertainment value of that would be pure gold. Look at all the super exceptional people that have presented themselves over the past 11 months, and that was just the filing of a suit and a motion to dismiss. Let's take a look at the average VA salary under Funimation and Sabat's sweatshop wages. Round it to a generous average of $25/hr. In a year, as a full-time employee/contractor, you're only making about $52,000 while Vic is easily making over 6 figures. The fact that Vic is more successful by not fitting in with the clique must rustle their Jimmies.
