Deepest lore, guys.

How is 'elite military training' an ability, by the way?

Especially if IX does well and Knives Out being a hit, RJ will likely get his trilogy.
That just illustrates that Johnson needs people to keep him in check, just like prequel Lucas I suppose. Did he eat Kennedy out or something? Looper and Brick are perfectly fine movies, but he was way to green for Star Wars.

The worst part about these stupid Sith troopers and Snoke’s red guards is that this is what everyone will think of now when they see the much superior Imperial Knights for the first time.

Have you seen the rest of the First Order literally everyone in the DT? Not going to help them once they start jobbing though.

Wait, I thought they could use the darkside of the force to some extend or something, this calling them sith troopers. Is the only connection to the sith they have that they are "inspired"?
I was thinking they'd be Disney's ripoff of Shadowtroopers from Jedi Outcast.

The First Order are basically Empire LARPers as it is anyway so their elite troops might as well take it to the next level.

According that stupid "Super Essential Guide to IX" I posted before, the Sith Troopers are both inspired by the sith and "draw their power" from the sith legacy.

This is also the guide that disproves JediPaxis' claim that D-O belonged to Ochi. But then again, the Ochi thing may be from before the reshoots or this guide hasn't been updated to match with the Ochi+D-O tie-in bullshit.

Its sad really. Much like how when you search for stormtroopers or X-Wings online, all you get is Disney's shitty knockoffs.

Now I am lost. Do they or do they not have force abilities then? Because "drawing power from sith legacy" means fuck all unless they mean in the force sense.
Its inconsistent really. The first bit of info claims they have the dark side, or are influenced by it, or are powered by it, or are inspired by it. And some leaks only imply that they have some kind of force sensitivity and good reflexes.
Also these asshole are literal lobsters who use either blasters, knives or giant claws as weapons.

It’s more different then that. To give you the quick version, the Imperial Knights are a group of neutral force users that are not aligned with the Sith or Jedi, and use silver/white lightsabers with red armor made with the same material as Vader’s suit. This vid gives you a quick rundown. 🤓

I'm fully aware of who the Imperial Knights are, but I ain't watching anything by SW Explained. That guy is not only a shill but a pretentious twat who blocked more than half his viewerbase on Twitter and uses all the hollow russianbot/troll arguments as the rest of Disney's drones.

That's him on the bottom right with the orange fanny pack.

My grievance is that no one will ever see the Imperial Knights for what they are. When they think red troopers with force powers, they'll only think of Disney's shitty lobster troopers. Hell even the Emperor's guards from ROTJ hardly show up online, instead you see the shitty knockoffs from TLJ.

Yes, for Autists.

I swear Bobby's the dipshit that thought that the Mario face visible from space in the commercial really happened.
Bobbo needs some serious help with his Mario worship. I wouldn't be surprised if he's the owner of the creepy sperg magnet that is the MarioWiki.

Just to be sure, some of the leaks said Kylo fights against the Knights of Ren and that they're Palpatine clones too right? That of course makes them not loyal to Kylo Ren...

Or writing.
Or pacing.
Or subtlety.
Or characters that aren't fucking pointless.

This is something that started to effect Hollywood long before the rise of woke culture, where they started to forget basic screenwriting rules.

A real light bulb moment for me was reading the how to book "Save The Cat" which was when I realized how many tropes, even basic shit like establishing who a character is and why we should give a shit, were missing from modern movies (that was circa 2010 when I read it I believe)

I don't know if it was laziness or incompetence, but Hollywood has mostly sucked for a long time, "woke" culture just might be the nail in the coffin.

No they're not loyal. According to the upcoming and hideous Kylo Ren comic, the Knights stormed Luke's academy and that's where they influenced Ren. At the time of the invasion they were led by a different knight who I assume was Palpatine's top clone/Snoke at the time.

Disney and fans keep trying to play these guys as Kylo Ren's noble and ever loyal heralds, but they're just Palpatine's meat puppets whose only job is to make sure the emo brat stays in line. After Luke tried to kill Ren, Ren went dark and ran away, the Knights took him to their club house with Snoke, and there he was told to go burn down the academy and kill all the other padawans. Supposedly, the comic will also try to "justify" Luke's actions by claiming Ren was already doing some dark shit.

And theres that fucking word "inspire" again...

I know I have ranted about this before, but did some PR company back in 2014 bilk disney into paying it billions to run daily workshops on how shoving the word "inspiring" into literally fucking everything they shit out will psychologically code the public to start buying disney products like it was a literal religious duty because they feel so inspired by the holy products?!

Seriously the entirety of their pitch with the sequel shit has been centred around how "deeply inspiring" it is for children and demographics with the minds of children, i.e. wammen and niggos and LGBTQbettispagetti people or how evil bigotnurds are threatened by how "inspiring" it is for such precious snowflake demographics. The whole reason TLJ is supposed to be "the best and smartest and most cinematic" star wars movie ever is because it is supposedly the most "inspiring" because it had children in the movie be "inspired" by the nu protagonists.

On the rare occasions somebody is able to ask these drones how the fuck its supposed to be inspiring the answer is invariably a long awkward pause and then a mumbled "oh...well...all those brown and wammen and gay children can now see themselves as the heros and stuff for like the first time and stuff" which is about the same level of retard dishonesty as saying that disney star wars is a technological triumph because it FINALLY lets children see film in glorious technicolor.

You dont get to do shit thats been the norm in movies since the freakin Nixon administration and treat it like some inspiring and progressive achievement. Its like a san fransisco starbucks holding smug press conferences because it has taken the "unprecedented" step of allowing coloreds to dine there

Then again Disney made a Rocketeer series for like Disney Junior or some shit. Chalk up another property thrown into the fire.

When visiting family for Thanksgiving I was channel surfing and stumbled upon that show.

At first I genuinely had no idea if it was really Rocketeer related or if the info was wrong, it seemed to have nothing to do with Rocketeer, eventually a connection did become clear, but it's got to be the loosest adaption of anything I've ever seen.
