So either he’s on disability (probably on the grounds of diabetes and clinical insanity ) or his fake lawyering is not earning very much.

Nah, there is no chance he put a single one of your English pounds into this company in any physical form. Showing a paid shareholding of £25k in the set-up paperwork is merely a paper exercise to make it look better to lenders and creditors. If he ever produces accounts for this company (unlikely as he didn't for any of the previous ones) I would expect to see that the "payment" for the shares is actually in the form of a director's loan, not physical cash sat in an account somewhere.

It's quite possible that he is doing work via his company but not paying himself any kind of salary. If that's the case then technically he has no income and would qualify for benefits. Unless he flags up on their radar for other reasons it's unlikely that HMRC would question this, directors don't have to draw a PAYE salary and as a shareholder he can take any income in dividends. If the company folds without ever officially filing any accounts there is no way for anyone to know what income he has from it unless someone can forensically examine his personal bank accounts. Again this is unlikely without a cause, but it may be of interest to the subjects of his lolsuits or their legal teams. I seem to recall that if there is doubt that the plaintiff can cover the defendant's costs should he lose there is a process whereby the plaintiff has to deposit an agreed amount with either the court or the defendant's legal reps before a trial can take place. Unlike Steph I am not a lawyer though, so I don't know exactly how it works.

Now if @realmuthaforya has half a brain cell, they would have adopted KF best practice: Always access Twitter via a logless VPN, use a burner Swiss based email for sign up, and a burner mobile phone for Twitter's phone verification.

Troons put a lot of faith in law enforcement tracking people down, but this takes ages, and unless the person is easily identifiable (eg Posie Parker), they are really not going to bother hunting a random down who is dissing the Troon Colony.
The Twitter Transparency Report is a good read, especially the Information Requests breakdown. If, as suspected by Tone. @realmuthaforya is UK based then the account would have to be one of the 658/810 accounts that information has been requested for.

Not all of these will be police/security, but legal requests by companies etc engaged in legals. Of the law enforcement requests I would guess these would be for high value targets: terrorists, drug deaers, serious crime etc, and even then there is only a 67% (or 0% for removal requests) of Twitter releasing the information. Law enforcement have to jump through hoops to get any sort of information, and I'm sure they are not going to go to the cost and hassle just because someone is dissing trannies. Remember, UK police want easy targets, anyone with an ounce of common sense can rest assured they are safe from a knock on the door.

So, as long as @realmuthaforya has been careful, the likelihood of police requesting details and Twitter complying approaches zero.
