I guess I'll chime in, since I've dealt with Jesse for over a year now.

In every server I've been in that Jess has also been in, he's been kicked out of because of his urge to do gay ops and cause drama. This is the underage tranny that Geekthulu was flirting with, and Geekthulu told him what kind of penis he could have when he pegged him (screenshots to follow). This kid always causes drama in order to draw attention to himself, and then when shit hits the fan he claims BPD/depression as his reasoning. He's created alt accounts to do gay ops and bypass blocks on Discord and Twitter and to mass flag/report accounts that hurt his feelings. Any questions feel free to ask.

That boy is a brat that needs to be disciplined. One thing I've noticed about Troons is that their dicks are disgusting and I don't even want to talk about his dick because he's not a full adult yet. I was sad when I woke up earlier because I dreamed that Vic's entire appeal was televised and I was watching it on TV. Judge Chupp and two other judges came out dressed as football players with a whole audience cheering like it was a reality show that made Judge Judy's courtroom look like the most solemn thing in the world. Ron and Monica were there and one of Vic's lawyers (I didn't recognize him) asked Soyeboye what his favorite snack to put on his snack tray was (I think he said crackers or the audience shouted it to him). They showed old pictures of Monica and then recent pictures and called her fat. The crowd went silent and then cheered as the judges reinstated all the charges against Soye but then when it came to Monica they decided that to be fair they could only bring back TI against her which made me mad for a second but then I was cheering in the dream and said to myself how I couldn't wait to see what discovery digs up on them. They were going to get to Funimation and Jamie Marchi next but they cut to commercials and I woke up.

Why can't courts be this interesting IRL?

The appeals court will be reviewing it under the standards of TCPA. The just want a prima facie case. They also can't render summary judgment, in pretty sure.

True, the separating has begun with the ISWV spregs as it takes little to start infighting between them, something that I've not seen KV do as much as I hate to say it. At this point there are certain cells of ISWV so far.

Spreg-tards: Complete ISWV spastics with little awareness or brains.

DNA Crow and friends: Mainly people that having with DnA Crows, personally I'd say they are the saner members.

Uber-weebs: Consists of the dude that was once Shane's chair(-kun) and those people, some of them used to thing they were ISWV prime before losing interest and nerding out over shit like RWBY. Not really loyal and easy to spook.

Senpai's clique: Need I say more.

Independant: Don't follow a clique but still support Vic, sanity depends on the individual.

KF and or wise supporters: Pretty much the more honest members of the movement regardless if they are part of a saner group or not. Pretty much the only ones that actually pay attention to Vic's situation without the need to spreg out on twitter keep themselves well informed on the matter.

And i could do on but here is the thing, many of the people in the movement want to control it and can't agree to disagree like proper adults and instead start fights with each other. And here is the main problem, they are unfit to have the moral high ground. Everytime I see them argue it's because they can't accept where they are wrong and start to either morally police the movement, use Vic's name, his predicament as a shield for their actions or are up to something shifty. Nothing has happened to cause a civil war to begin although I suspect that the false flagging of one ISWV member by another could be the straw the breaks the camels back.

Honestly it would be funny to watch because the trash will be taking itself out.

As for KV I am sure that the heat of the appeals will make one party squeal and a REEEE feast will happen.

The only ones that are sane and in unity is the big three you mentioned and the farms.
