To paraphrase a programming term, we have "spaghetti exceptionalism."
We can't tell who is truly driving the exceptionalism because there are so many layers interacting with each other.
Is it the clients who kicked the whole thing off? Is it the lawyers who tried to stall?
Is it LawTwitter who joined in and gave everyone a boost of confidence?
Is it Chupp who gave them liscence because he couldn't be bothered?
Was it the GoFundMe that drove them mad?
Indeed, even if the Farms was given the transcript of every communication in this lawsuit it would be years before we could untangle the cause and effect.

No, but Monica sure had no problem going after Chris Slatosch when he gave BHBC an affidavit or using Stan Dahlin as a fact witness without his knowledge. Oh, and a few days ago, Jamie compared Vic to Eric Kemper, a necrophiliac, but I guess that doesn’t bother you.
