I could be remembering it wrong but I believe he repeated "the funny one" in a slightly dejected tone. It would be easy to say with benefit of hindsight that he looked tired and worn out, but I didn't see anything clearly wrong. Was mostly struck by how ordinary and plain he was. (I was taller then him)

He was playing on a 3DS or something sitting on the floor outside before the panel started, which was about DnD style bible games. Remember having a lot of fun listening to it but I cant recall many details about the actual session. Something about getting Sats for Jesus and being killed by war elephants. I dont believe anyone was recording it. There was another similar session that was recorded but I cant find it on youtube now.

Oh and there was some creepy sperg that wanted to cut his hair and lick him for money or some shit, Noah was smart enough to turn him down.

Wow, very interesting. Thanks for sharing, man, and welcome. You are, unless I'm forgetting anyone, the first Kiwi Farms user who's met Spoony in person.

Spoony himself actually had a good chunk of the panel recorded and uploaded to Youtube a month later. If I had to guess around half is missing? It's 45~ minutes of footage out of what I imagine was a 60 - 90 minute panel. The first part is what you're describing.


He's mentioned the hair cutting thing before but I can't remember where.

Back around 2012, Jason used to have a livestream, and Noah went on stream one day sperging out being a bipolar narcissistic neurotic spaz out because Scarlett left him, he got kicked out of TGWTG by wanting to basement rape Hope Chapman, and this was when his health problems made themselves evident. This video is the stream the day after when Jason had to put up with his shit and told him to go kill himself. Yes, what Noah and Joe did did cost Jason an interview with Notch, the creator of Minecraft. I would also tell off the fucking dicks whom dare to call themselves my associates to kill themselves in Minecraft should they act like unprofessional and cost me my job. That part comes in at around 14:20.

I'm aware that was the excuse about the interview being dropped. I also have seen the clips in question before, it's simply my opinion that Spoony's screaming was in comparison to other dumbass actions pretty small beans.

Maybe I'm really naive, but I wish he would just periodically review movies with his brother (https://moviemoses.wordpress.com/category/miscellaneous/) over voice chat or something on YouTube. I'm sure that he'd receive donations, have a steadying influence back in his life, be getting dressed and leaving the house occasionally, and technically be working.

You're aware that he's beyond recovery at this point and even if you could've reach him and tell him about this idea he will be very reluctant and find thousands of reasons (mainly medical ones) and start calling you a dipshit for trying to give him a hand, do ya? My guess is April was trying to woke him up but after countless number of efforts she just gave up and moved on with her life. She's not a Mother Theresa that will sacrifice her life and lust for some basement dweller who spends all his time on Twitter. If she couldn't shake him off - nobody will.

When he toned down and stopped recording any reviews except LiveWire thing my first initial thought why he withdrew from YT was the "failure" of the "Black Hole of Board Games" series. In one of his videos he seemed really pissed off for receiving shitty board games from his fans. Like he stumbled upon that people aren't laughing at his jokes but of him.

I still dont get what the fuck his problem really is? What is it he feels makes life so pointless?

Usually/Often in these cases it is quite simple, get a girlfriend, Job/career, friend, hobby, excorsise and these things usually can be dealt with. Maybe not always to a GOOD degree but enough to make life worth trudging through without constant suicide thoughts.

Spoony has had all of those except maybe the excorsise part and cant still not see any point in fucking anything whatsoever. So WHAT IN THE FUCK is it he wants out of life he cant get? I get mental illnes is way more complicated than that but come the fuck ooooon! Its so pathetic at times i almost wonder if it is an artproject or something...

My theory is that he is desperate to not think critically about his mistakes and falures and uses twitter as a distraction from his thought processes.

Spoony's death will be news for a few days and they will quickly make tribute vids to get those YouTube views. "Spoony was an inspiration to us all. The world lost a true comedy genius today."

But JewWario's death around the heyday of TGWTG (if I remember correctly) so there were points to be made from appearing sad. Not a lot of people today will remember Spoony's content beyond maybe the "Betrayal" meme, and he will likely still be seen as a bad person for the twitter mob because the whole Lupa comment ordeal.

Chronic depression can be a very difficult illness to overcome. But Spoony's problem is that he refuses to take even the first steps to helping himself, even though he had a lot of opportunities to do so. Now that he is older and everything is falling apart around him, it will be harder than ever. He might realize that in the back of his mind. He might even use it as an excuse for not seeking help moving forward. "It's too late, no point in trying now. Everything is already gone."
