Phil doesn't care about attention. In fact, if he could trim it down to just one whale who'd pay him $100K a year, that would be his utopia.and bottomless demand for attention.
why does he spend hours talking about things nobody in their right mind should care about in his "pre-streams"? any normal person just plays the game, but he feels compelled to talk at length about things in his life that are boring as hell. pretty sure that's indicative of a deep-seated need for attention.Phil doesn't care about attention. That's the thing, he hates playing games.why does he spend hours talking about things nobody in their right mind should care about in his "pre-streams"? any normal person just plays the game
Whats sad is the potential for the interaction we might be able to see via a FOIA request but knowing him he'll just buckle under and have his lawyer do all the work and not even phone in.My thing is: He is probably going to keep begging after this (probably beg even harder tbh) so it's not really the 'end'. It won't be over until he gets smart and gets his ass off the internet (or more likely: dies of heart attack on stream).
That said: This is a massive L which Phil is going to have to eat, so that's amusing. He's notoriously bad at taking losses.
"what do you mean I cannot just give the money to someone else to prevent the bank from taking it? WOOOOOOOOOOT? that's so fucking STOOPID. who designed this idiotic financial system? ack ack ack ack ack. what a poorly designed fiscal system dood *snort* anybody should just be able to give money to their friends and family to hide it from court. that's what a smart person would do, but I'm punished for it. I did nothing wrong, and yet I am punished for it. that's dark soros for you."That's called a fraudulent conveyance and the court just says nope and sets it aside, i.e. ignores it.
Given how hard Pig tries to be boring and avoid getting TIHYDPs made of him; he's already boring to anyone who is not a full wheelchair themselves. This forclosure stuff made me realize just how much I'm going to miss laughing at DSP when he's gone
Random individuals aren't obligated to even respond to FOIA requests, he or his attorney would just throw it away.Whats sad is the potential for the interaction we might be able to see via a FOIA request but knowing him he'll just buckle under and have his lawyer do all the work and not even phone in.
Remember the hardship letter
It's Phil talking out of his ass, trying to make it seem like he's doing something while doing nothing. It's so he can later cry to his paypigs that he did everything he could and they should hand over their money to help him out. Considering Phil flat out said earlier this year that his plan was to call the bank up and tell them "FUCK YOU, I CAN'T PAY! TAKE THE CONDO RIGHT NOW!", the idea that he's being careful not to share details of his brilliant legal strategy is just bullshit. By the way, I don't know how great this plan is supposed to be when it doesn't even involve responding to the lawsuit filed against you. Call me crazy, but that seems like an important thing to do since he won't be allowed to participate in court proceedings and everything will happen without him being notified until it's over. This reminds me of something he said during his October emergency stream. Where he mention he had a plan that he couldn't give specific information on because "legally it wouldn't make sense" and would hurt him.
His refusal to participate also makes it effectively impossible for him to appeal.By the way, I don't know how great this plan is supposed to be when it doesn't even involve responding to the lawsuit filed against you.
