I saw multiple posts that speculate he will most likely be bailed out by his parents, but how likely is it that an elderly couple in the united states can readily pull 30 000 dollars (that's the minimum retribution expected from the bank, according to what I have gathered from this thread), most likely more, out of their coffers to save his gout-ridden ass? we already know that they are exceptional for still having ties with him, but I think this is something even beyond their pathological support for him. it would be funny if they decided to ditch him, though.

The entire saga of the Pigroach is somewhat poetic from an outsider view. He made so much money in so little time, more than any average-intelligence, zero-skillset man could ask for. He downgraded significantly and now lives in a DINK household single-handedly pulling $100k+ a year, and still in the end, his life is dominated by money, his own sloth, apathy, and pride, with everyone on the internet laughing at him and mocking him daily.

Whats sad is the potential for the interaction we might be able to see via a FOIA request but knowing him he'll just buckle under and have his lawyer do all the work and not even phone in.

DSP is like one of those mythological figures or someone from the dark version of the Grimm Fairy Tales. No matter how fucking stupid he is, no matter how terrible of a person, he keeps coming out ok just because of sheer luck. It has absolutely nothing to do with him, his skills, his intelligence. Just sheer unmitigated luck. Of course in these stories, all these people meet terrible, awful fates eventually when their luck runs out. Sort of like a universe balancing itself out.

So when Phil does run out of luck, I predict it will be far more dramatic than simple foreclosure troubles.

Random individuals aren't obligated to even respond to FOIA requests, he or his attorney would just throw it away.

This reminds me of something he said during his October emergency stream. Where he mention he had a plan that he couldn't give specific information on because "legally it wouldn't make sense" and would hurt him.

It's Phil talking out of his ass, trying to make it seem like he's doing something while doing nothing. It's so he can later cry to his paypigs that he did everything he could and they should hand over their money to help him out. Considering Phil flat out said earlier this year that his plan was to call the bank up and tell them "FUCK YOU, I CAN'T PAY! TAKE THE CONDO RIGHT NOW!", the idea that he's being careful not to share details of his brilliant legal strategy is just bullshit. By the way, I don't know how great this plan is supposed to be when it doesn't even involve responding to the lawsuit filed against you. Call me crazy, but that seems like an important thing to do since he won't be allowed to participate in court proceedings and everything will happen without him being notified until it's over.

His refusal to participate also makes it effectively impossible for him to appeal.

I’ve been doing a little light reading, and if my understanding is correct, PMI is required to be eliminated by federal law once the balance on the mortgage drops below 78%. Philip is being sued for $101,000 and he paid $131,000 for the condo. $101,000/$131,000=77%. Assuming that he is just being sued for the remaining balance and not also any legal fees, this bitch is fucked. If the $101k also included legal fees, he’s still fucked. I guess what I’m trying to say is unless I have no idea what I’m talking about (a possibility I’m willing to accept) Philip is fucked fucked fucked fucked fucked.
