How big of a sperg do you have to be to hate (what you believe to be) a fake hippie who started a religious movement 2000 years ago? To hate him so much that you refuse to attend a family gathering that's themed around his birthday (which is widely considered a secular holiday and often celebrated by atheists?) Most atheists I know would accept the Xmas party invitation just to be around friendly people and net themselves a free feast. (Spoony could probably use some food and some friendly attention right about now.)

This episode of Hoarders shows why it's often not a good idea to offer a Narcissist help or to try and toss them a lifeline. They'll often just use it as an excuse to wring some narcissistic supply out of you, and feast on your distress. They know that they're causing pain to the people who are trying to help them, which is why they'll often object to or interfere with said help until the moment they're sitting on a curb next to a pile of their own belongings and a broken down vehicle. Then, they may accept reality, but only after they've run headlong into a brick wall.

Depends on the state but cheap beer and 10 dollar handles of vodka are a thing everywhere (if you want to stay classy and not go for the Thunderbird and MD20/20). Two months of Spoony's Patreon is enough for a year's supply of vodka at a handle a week and plenty of beer.

Good. I'm not a fly on the wall in that house, but I imagine there's only so much one can take of busting their ass to support someone who makes every excuse not to better himself. Especially since she's getting older too. Nobody can reasonably spend the 2nd half of their life putting up with that.

Not really trying to defend Spoony because it's clear any effort to better himself in the last few years falls somewhere between jack and shit, but when some people are in a rather dark place, it can be difficult to go out and be around people who are probably happy or fairly content with life.

Perhaps they are in some kind of purgatory where they are not allowed to perish until they have truly gone insane from the misery of it all.

To be fair to the old Spoonster though, as big of a douche as he can be and as useless as he is, he hasn't really done anything that horrible unlike most cows, and if the guy ever by some miracle turned his life around and became a better person I would feel some pleasure I think.

I know that there are alot of people here make comparisions to DSP here and i can agree with that. But with Spoony it's just sad. DSP was a talentless hack from the beginning, who got famous by tricking the system. But Spoony was someone who i considered the greatest content creator on the Internet 10 years ago, even above AVGN and Nostalgia Critic.

Now he is just wallowing in his pity, while being an absolute sperg and he is losing everything. It's really one of those "I am not mad, i am just dissapointed" situation. This guy had legit talent, but now he acts like a sperg on Tumblr, tweeting about depression and "ORANGE MAN BAD."
