Pretty much all of the plus-size stores that popped up on the internet in recent years and started sponsoring people like Anna to promote their crap are generic chinese junk made from crappiest fabrics, usually low-quality polyester, that won’t look good on anyone except the person in their pictures, which are most likely heavily photoshopped or not even of the same item. A lot of these scam clothing stores tailor the garments for the models, so they look much higher quality than the ones they actually sell to customers.
Good clothes cost a lot of money. Just the other day I bought a quilted bomber jack for $300, and it’s not even a fancy one. Just a regular bomber jacket. A decent coat will set you back close to a grand or more. That’s the price of quality and having an actual skilled person design the item. Fatties want high-quality fashionable clothes made for sizes 0 to infinity at the price of a decent t-shirt. It’s ludicrous.
The reality is that the plus-size market doesn’t interest more serious fashion brands. And what kind of brand would want to be associated with a depressing drunk and whale-sized wreck of a human being like Anna?
