That's what weirds me out... if it's really him, why come back under the same name? Wouldn't it be better to start from square one?

so no info I can find as to actual charges against Nelizar/Levi, searching his name gives absolutely no official information (only this thread and some made by others on different websites). I live in the county he does and actually was friends with his ex girlfriend for a while during highschool, I didn't know him personally, only that he was sped and very manipulative to said friend, his sister contacted me on FB regarding a post I made warning people about him ( I apparently accidentally friend req'd her, brilliant) . I really am wondering if he signed a deal of sorts. With the crimes he's accused of you'd think he'd be on SOMETHING. My current friend's boyfriend dated Nelizar's sister, his response to the information was "well he's autistic, so".

"Hay ------ I went to school with you here at --, I imagine your only reason for sending me a request was because of info on my brother due to a post you had posted, for the family involved and everyone, it has been dealt with and is still under investigation, until further notice, the site was not made public due to some things being completely untrue and exaggerated, I know thing being a family member, so please, dont believe absolutely everything on the internet, I hope you understand why I sent you this as it effects our family in alot of ways"


I find it hard to believe any of what she said about certain accusations being untrue. I do feel bad for his family if they truly had no idea.

I also have to add it seems zoosadists/zoophiles are pretty rampant here, it's a small area of connecting towns but there's always that kid that you don't want around your animals, it's weird, it's like nobody wants to talk about it.

I'd imagine denial plays a big part of it. Nobody wants to have a dogfucker as a child or a sibling, and if you confront them and they tell you it's all lies, well, you want to believe them. They wouldn't do something like that... right?

1) The officer's name is Dowty. We have the case number but, not sure if it's ok to leak it (?).

2) He's been booked on the following charges: Sexual assault of an animal, Animal neglect, Animal abuse.
However, this might not be all he'll end up facing. There will be a full investigation before it goes to trial most likely.

3) His devices were indeed seized by police.

4) His family were not hiding him. His mother handed him over and is quoted as texting something to the effect of "He deserves whatever is coming to him if this is true".
