Yes. All of Sammies boyfriends are retarded. The only exception is MAYBE Austin, her baby daddy. He just seems stupid and lazy. One of the last ones was actually in a program for retards, to help get them jobs.

As far as I know, Sammie gets SSI for mental issues, not developmental ones. But she is most certainly not of average intelligence. As far as how she collects her SSI, you don't need a home to get it, just a mailing address. Lots of homeless centers/charities have like, mailboxes that they give homeless people so they have a mailing address for paperwork and stuff. Sammie probably does have everything sent to her mothers home. I would be amazed if she didn't have a payee, but that would probably be her mother. And she seems to go months without speaking to her mother, which makes me think she just has the money deposited into a bank account somewhere.

Two that I know of. Once when she was a child, and once maybe a year ago. Though, to be honest, I would be shocked if those were the only times it's happened. I know no one deserves it be raped... but she put herself in situations and around people where she's going to be taken advantage of. The only saving grace for her seems to be that it doesn't... really seem to upset her to be raped or otherwise taken advantage of?

Or that she is fully aware of the fact that she can’t shit out anymore kids, but the slight gratification she gets out of pretending to be pregnant is too great to not lie about her situation. It’s kind of sad in a way. That she feels this need to lie about being pregnant in order to garner attention from other people. That the only sense of self-esteem that she has is through her fake pregnancies. That she doesn’t gain fulfillment in any other way in her life. What a sad existence she leads.
