Also how the fuck do you supposedly do so much physical activity and you're still morbidly obese? Unless you eat 5000 calories every day, that's just not how metabolism works. If you've been on a strict 1800 calorie diet and doing a lot of physical activity for so long, you should be at least near normal BMI.
