4.Konami try to keep the mgs brand alive with a female led reboot.

Betting Valve is going to do something big, not exactly sure what but seems like after Alyx they'll have all the manpower they need to work on some secret project and release/announce it 2020. Either that, or they're going to make another shitty knockoff game to go with whatever videogame trend dominates 2020.

Google Stadia gets a revised upgraded model announcement in March/April. Stadia promptly dies in July.

Fallout 76 has even more spectacular flaws revealed, possibly merging private and public servers, or spamming uber deathclaws or something.

Artefact is brought back, and proceeds to die again.

We get a Legend of Zelda mobile spinoff from Nintendo.

1. PS5 will only be BC with PS4 games
2. Banjo will get a remasters however it won't be done by Rare or a team made up of ex Rare people
3. Spider Man 2 and Horizon 2 will be the big 2021 titles Sony will spend most of this year to push, PS5 won't have anything big when it comes out outside crossgen games
4. Halo Infinite will see lots of love when it comes out for people to change their tune within the 2 months
5. Zelda BotW 2 will be the big christmas game for Nintendo
6. There will be no Pokemon remakes this year but just Sword and Shield 2
7. Nier remaster will happen this year and a new game will be shown due out for 2021, however Drakengard will get no love
8. That new Batman game will finally come out and it will not have been worth the wait
9. Mighty Number 9 Vita and 3DS still won#t be out or canceled this year
10. Nintendo doesn't add N64 games to the Switch online
11. Super Metroid gets a remake, despite no one asking for it
12. SMTV will finally come out, in Japan only this year
13. Beyond Good and Evil 2 will still not be out nor will they add an offline mod despite the flops of their games as service games in 2019
14. Sega will port Yakuza 3 to 5 and Judgement to pc this year, Yakuza 6 and 7 won't make it until 2021
15. Mario and Rabbids 2 happens, will also get a port of 3D World this year

3.FF7 removes cloud crossdressing from the western versions of the game
On one hand, it triggers to fuck with the alphabet clown infected beings, while on the other hand, it removes something that was in the creator's vision from the start. Hard to want to remove or remove it.

I think that the Indie market will have a bubble crash economy, mainly because it will be saturated with Symphony of the Night imitators. I fucking love SOTN, but can we just tone it down or have an SOTN/Metroidvania that has innovative gameplay?

Whatever Pokemon game (Sinnoh remakes/SWSH 2/ect.) comes out this year will bring all the Pokemon back as a get out of jail free card for GF and they'll claim to have "Listened to the fans" when that was the plan all along to guarantee more people would buy the game that historically have always sold worse than the initial set of a generation.

Halo infinite is going to be released with 343i fixing campaign and returning to a more classic halo gameplay style. 343i will then shit the bed with multiplayer just like Halo 4.

PC MCC will be more popular with the release of 2 and 3 and be a relatively popular game on steam.

Fortnight won't die but kids will gradually move away from it with the release of another solid title on the new console generation that replaces fortnight as number 1.

Oh and cyberpunk 2077 will be good and a bunch of shitty Keanu memes will be made due to him playing Johnny Silverhand.

1.Cyberpunk 2077 comes out and is good.
2.Woke pandering will gradually decline.
3.Microtransactions of some sort will continue to exist because of whales.
4.Saints Row 5 will have a teaser trailer, which will generate far more hype then expected.
5.You'll start to see a bit more sexy stuff in western games again.
6.Valve will do something actually videogame related that isn't more VR stuff.
7.Bannerlord will eventually fully release over the next couple years and it will be good.
8.Bethesda will put out a trailer for something
9.Doom Eternal will release and it will be fucking fantastic.
10.Trials of Mana comes out and blows my socks off.

I predict that MMOs will see a small revival this decade after the stagnant period of the last few years. There are a number of promising titles in the works and WoW Classic has proven that neckbeards are still willing to grind mobs for days on end

1. Bioware gets closed for good, EA sends its Bioware development to Respawn.
2. Stadia gets swept under the rug and cloud gaming gets delayed for another 10 years.
3. Blizzard will continue to suck, people will get less excited with D4 as more details come out and GGG trolls the fuck outta of them, Overwatch 2 gets delayed to next year, the next WoW expansion will suck and Classic will be dead, and they won't have anything to show at next Blizzcon other than more shitty mobile games.
4. Next E3 won't have much to show other than M$'s and Phony's new consoles.
5. Mobile game bubble will start to pop and companies will begin to realize like Hollywood that the Chinese market isn't that lucrative.
6. Steam will have a sale as a fuck you to Epic once the Epic Lame Store's exclusivity contracts expire.
7. VR is an expensive gimmick that will continue to flop despite the new Half Life game.
8. Cyberpunk will do well.
9. Squeenix's Avengers will suck and Squeenix will probably close more of its Western development. FFVII R will do ok but not great.
10. The Last of Us Part II will be too woke to be profitable.
11. I don't think Nintendo will go woke, Bowser seems more oldskool than Reggie but lacks the charisma but who fucking knows.
12. Sanic movie will flop.

Shadowlands is going to be fucking awful and blizzard will start to see classic as their last way to keep people playing the game and become less hostile to the people that prefer it over retail. They might even start to refer you to the game based on what option you select on the "Why I'm unsubscribing" page.

... the next WoW expansion will suck and Classic will be dead, and they won't have anything to show at next Blizzcon other than more shitty mobile games.
I think classic can honestly keep doing well as long as they have more vanilla content to release. Players already know what it's going to be and blizzard just needs to push a button. When vanilla content runs out it's dead tho.

1. Doom Eternal releases, and makes me and the FPS community jizz themselves to fucking death from how good it is.
2. HL:A releases, and becomes a duo with Boneworks as the new "VR must-haves".
3. Resistance gets a new game by Insomniac (Insomniac tweeting Resistance stuff has me sus).
4. Cyberpunk does good, no surprise there.
5. LOTS of F.E.A.R/Max Payne style games come out in the indie scene. It happened with old school FPS games, and now with Trepang2 that style of shooter is getting revived.
6. Monolith gets off their asses from making Assassin's Creed: Middle Earth edition games and does something new and cool. Blood 3/remake perhaps? (PLEASE GOD LET THAT HAPPEN.)
7. Bioware kicks the bucket. Nothing else to say there.
8. Some sort of new mech game comes out THAT'S NOT A STRATEGY GAME that makes me coom with delight.
9. EDF 6 is announced, and I also coom again.
10. EA does something dumber than usual.
11. Fallout 76 contorts into an even worse game, those that still play it unironically are ousted from society for being pain obsessed freaks.
12. Nintendo finally releases some form of footage for Metroid Prime 4, will probably look fucking great.

Flight Simulator will start a revival of interest in aviation followed by articles that flying planes is not inclusive enough and we need more diversity and inclusion in aviation. Also lots of Muslim majority countries start buying the game for undefined reasons.
