Someone who flies around the world whilst committing benefit fraud in the UK might want to have a seperate international money transfer account to stash funds in that is hidden from the DWP. Revolut serves that purpose.

Any bets on how many times he takes legal action against real women in 2020?

I suspect a lot of the year will be taken up by the current lolsuits and no doubt defending himself against the tidal wave of negative press he'll likely get when his actions lead to a mum getting jailed for calling him a man. (And Tone, I know she probably did "far more than misgender you", but just know that 99% of people and journalists won't see it that way 😉 ).

Possibly two women. Scottow and Farrow.

Invoking the flying monkeys from the disordered gene puddle is a sign that Mr Halliday is rattled. He would like nothing better than a chimp out from one of his targets.

He’s been goading Moody throughout the Christmas break. Usual devious trick. Saying things which while not apparent to a person unaware of the context are designed to provoke a reaction in order to take her to court where he can plead victim.

He’s like the little shit who pinches another child then cries to teacher when his victim nudges him back.

Maybe he’s going to try and obtain the Farmers’ IP from @Null

A blitz means that he will escalate his behaviour and threats. I expect all of the individual lolsuitees (he’s not stupid enough to try it on with the Mail or Mumsnet) will receive bombastic letters containing incredible allegations, demands and threats in an attempt to make them buckle & accept whatever settlement Stephen offers.

He’s not actually had a win or any kind of legal victory for a while so the smart money is on moah injunctions. But don’t expect any of the recipients to be male.

Edited: Dr Louise Moody ought to have a pepper spray by her front door as she sperged about him the other day when he posted her personal info.

I've been thinking about this and this post Uncle Tony made recently. I may be adding 2+2 and getting 7,257 but I'm wondering if he and Harrop are combing through the complaints made about Harrop to the GMC and picking out those who have complained perhaps multiple times for Uncle Tony's "Special Sauce".
As I understand it doctors are allowed to see the contact details of complainants to the GMC. Fair enough, but I wouldn't put it past Harrop and Uncle Tony launch harassment claims against serial complainants.
I guess there is only one way to find out. As both Harrop and Uncle Tony will probably using their companies as corporate identities to run this sort of caper, those who suspect they may be targeted should request Subject Data Access requests (ie GDPR) from the data controllers of their respective limited companies. It's free and you must recieve a response within a month. As Uncle Tony is not a solicitor or barrister then legal privilege does not apply. If both do not comply they give reasons and you can appeal to the ICO.

Hope this helps!

;)

Tony's biological woman blitz, he hates what he wants to be but can't be. Tony's nowt but a glorified transvestite.
Incorrect, Uncle Tony is a grotesque transvestite.

In other news some great mass reporting has paid off against some truly gruesome Troon accounts including the MAP mongs @bosspuppy87 and @Donna_beeeee

That would tie in with Harrop’s sudden removal of ‘Doctor’ from his title.

Harrop has been threatening potential complainants with legal action. I just had a search and found him doing it here in the context of Mother Farrow. Archive.

He could be up shit creek if he’s been taking Tony’s legal advice, but he’ll still have to put his hand in his pocket to pay a qualified solicitor and brief who know a thing or two about case law, most of whom will advise him to drop it.

Tony has no rights of audience and won’t be allowed to represent Harrop either to the GMC or in any civil court.

What I wouldn’t give to be in the fuckwit WhatsApp group discussing this 😈

I may make a SAR to Harrop’s PSC under one of my numerous identities. If nothing is forthcoming, then the option is to issue proceedings for a winding up order under the Companies Act. As Harrop has been making essentially illegal payments from his company under “directors’s loans”, then limited liability fades away and he becomes personally responsible. Bankruptcy is a very real possibility.
But let’s not get too carried away ...

Things are looking up. Ordinarily we would have been treated to a NYE photo of Troon bedecked in sequins but Tony was strangely quiet.

Which leads me to think he’s abroad, most likely in South Africa but keeping it under the radar because he knows that all this foreign travel doesn’t sit well with the exemption from court fees.

Travel at this time of year is expensive.

Meh I think we went over this, but the benefits system has enough holes in it for people with Tone's lack of shame, as well as love of loopholes, to do whatever he likes with complete impunity. I mean I don't think he thinks 'the tenth flight this year is going to be the tipping point that gets the benefits people on my back'.

It's relatively simple: limited savings and low income = no fees. The savings part is no challenge for him, and the income part well I wouldn't be surprised if the flights go through his companies. Wouldn't be allowable expenses, legally, but given that he commits criminal offences by deliberately having these companies struck off, I doubt the possibility of HMRC doing an investigation and telling him 'sorry mate, your flights are actually a Benefit in Kind and should be declared as personal income and subject to employer's NI as well', at some point in the future is going to deter him. At worst it's a civil debt, some time in the future against HMRC, and Tony is not one to pay his debts.

It might be, as you say, that flights are expensive and he's simply waiting a week or two for cheaper ones, but the man has no shame at all.

DWP & the Court Fees office are two separate entities. I hope nobody has been malicious enough to call them and tell them that while Tony was filing repeated cases over the past 3-4 years and claiming fee exemption he was going on some very jolly luxury holidays at the same time.

Fizzy living fraud can be reported to these kind people.

Of course they are.

But the point is that this shit is not hard to get around, if you don't have a proper job.

I mean if Tony goes on luxury holidays while claiming to have no income, then, yes, that's a reasonable ground for investigating him. But it's a hardly a smoking gun, because if Tony says his fuckboi pays for all his holidays and Tony is being sugared by his Daddy, then he's not done a damn thing wrong. There's absolutely nothing that says people who want to file a bunch of lawsuits should even try to find gainful employment. If you are on Universal Credit then they do try and push you in that direction, because it makes sense if there are x million single mothers on benefits working 16 hours a week and the government says 'actually we think you should do more hours', then you can see that there's potential for real savings there.

But the market for narcissists filing vanity lolsuits for £100k damages a pop must be so small that

(a) there's not even necessarily someone at the Court Service who is PAID to care about this shit to the extent that they'd even BOTHER to investigate Tony
(b) there certainly aren't any rules saying that he can't make a living from suing little old ladies while claiming exemption from court fees. At least not until judges start throwing all his cases out as vexations, and I don't see any sign of that? I mean he might be a narcissistic boil on humanity, but his lolsuits at least get a hearing, they aren't chucked out like some kind of 'freeman on the land' nutter.

Fizzy living fraud can be reported to these kind people.

Does he live in Waltham Forest? If not, then not to those people.

I'm kinda hazy on the details for childless homer sexuals, but my understanding is that you've got

Working Tax Credit which is like £2700 a year

and potentially Housing Benefit (to help with rent) which could be anything up to about £1000 a month depending on where he lives

The former is not tested for savings (but we've kind of established that he doesn't have any at least on paper), while the latter is,

Anyway, the point being it's not as lucrative to claim benefits as a single gay, as it would be if he had kids. So it might be he doesn't.

And as you both say, the benefits fraud is likely policed much better than court fees fraud, so it might be he's not doing it. Ditto why he does the incorporation fraud, because there are so many companies established in the UK that it's essentially risk-free.

I imagine that if someone had been making a pest of themselves and and their egregious conduct well-known, then the court fees office would be bound to investigate. Especially if the Claimant appeared to be bringing the system into disrepute.

Bear in mind that the High Court is not the only court where the Claimant’s behaviour has become notorious. There is one local court in the north of the country whose officials have been all too obliging: an unusual disposition for court admin staff, who aren’t known for their eagerness to provide information.

Walthamstow, where the living is fizzy
Troons are jumping
And the rent is sky high.

FizzyLiving isn’t cheap. An unfurnished 1 bedroom flat starts at £1450 per month and Tony doesn’t do austerity.

He mysteriously had to suddenly move out of his luxury Docklands flat a few years ago.

The rumour was he wasn’t paying his rent. Wonder if the owners got slapped with one of the lolsuits?

Hey, Tone, hiding your photo on WhatsApp to contacts only doesn’t hide your fizzog from people already in your contacts ... you need to double check how trustworthy your friends are ...

If Tony was clever, he'd also change the photo, so someone couldn't use an old screenshot to make it look like they're in his contacts. Just because it'd be so funny to make him freak out and start suspecting all of his contacts. Also since I know he likely reads here I felt like engaging in some mind games with him.
