Maybe I'm old, maybe I'm a prude, but please educate me: What the fuck is queer about fisting? And why is that even on a teenager's radar?
I think people believe it's queer because it involves shoving something up one's ass.
As for why it's on a teenager's radar? This has been a thing for a while now. Teen magazines have slowly but surely been promoting sex to teens.

Weight loss is a goal. Get over yourself already and maybe try and understand why people want to lose weight. There are far more overweight and obese individuals in the US than underweight individuals. People want better mobility and they want to look better, so weight loss is something that can help that. Justify it all you want, but there is nothing healthy about being your size Jude.

Maybe what Jude needs is some exposure therapy. More weight loss talk, more diet talk, not less.

Really, these are normal topics for this time of year. You don't have to like it, you don't have to be interested in it, but you should be able to "mmhmm" and ignore it instead of crying about it.

People who try to lose weight REALLY make Our Jude pissed off
I wonder how much of a tard rage she'd go into over people who lose weight and keep it off.

Let's be real, though: Jude is seeking out these conversations so she can cry oppression. She doesn't have a job, doesn't have hobbies, doesn't really seem to ever leave her bedroom except for her biweekly shower; she's not hearing these conversations in the break room or at her local coffee shop, she's reading them online where can totally avoid these subjects she doesn't like. She is going to online places where she knows people might talk about weight loss so she can be the valiant, noble fatty "clapping back" at the evils of weight loss and portion control disordered eating.

Say you're terrified of snakes. If so, the rational thing to do would be to avoid the reptile enclosure at zoos. Jude, assuming the same fear, would go waltzing into the reptile enclosure to "clap back" at the snakes and take lots of pics to show all her followers what a boss ass babe she is for yelling at the reptiles.

I wonder how much of a tard rage she'd go into over people who lose weight and keep it off.

She'd invent some reason why they don't count.

Meanwhile, Arielle is also furious about the New Year talk of weight loss:

If Arielle really is "happy in her body," great! Except the majority of her tweets are either rage over The Thins or complaints about how her body hurts too much for her to do even the simplest of things. If this is Arielle being "happy," I shudder to imagine what "unhappy and filled with spiteful envy" Arielle is like.

I don't know how tall Arielle is, but a size 10/12 is pretty large for a 12 year old. And she has no idea what aging will have in store for her. Your metabolism slows as you age. If she keeps eating whatever she wants, in another 10 years, her weight gain will be rapid. I can honestly see her getting to Amberlynn levels of fatness easily. She needs to get it in control before that happens. She won't, but she needs to.

And healthy at every size includes people who are thin, too. Even the most anorexic looking girl can be healthy by their logic. Even Ashley the Lich Queen shouldn't be judged by her appearance. Because we shouldn't assume that someone who looks bad or is on the extreme end of weight is unhealthy, right? And even if they are unhealthy, they should still love their body and not be ashamed of it according to FA.

And the cw/tw thing about dieting is hilarious. You know that just seeing the cw/tw will trigger them. Imagine thinking that asking people to treat you like you're going to chimp out over any talk of dieting is somehow empowering. If you're so fragile that even the word "diet" puts you in a tailspin, you need to get off the internet.

IIRC, Arielle is pretty tall, around six feet (which is actually an advantage, if you want to eat and stay at a healthy weight). If you look at her original tweet rather than the screenshot, and look at the full photo of her at age 12, she was indeed chunky for a girl that age, but not nearly as bad as now.

But Arielle has more reason than most to NEED to get her weight down to the normal range: she has repeatedly said she has arthritis, in which case it is vitally important that she reduce the stress on her joints by reducing the weight they must support. Which she refuses to do because she'd rather eat to excess, all day every day.

If I recall correctly -- this is true for all people, not only arthritis sufferers -- every pound of weight you gain results in a fourfold increase in pressure on your knee joints. Which means if you are 100 pounds overweight, you put 400 pounds of extra pressure on your knees, every step you take and every move you make.

Which is why young 20-somethings like Jude and Arielle complain they can't even climb a flight of stairs or stand on their own two feet for any length of time.

ETA: I just searched some earlier posts, and I discussed Arielle's arthritis (and the "one pound of weight = four pounds of knee pressure" statistic) here. Including this link to the Arthritis Foundation page discussing "How Fat Affects Arthritis," which includes this paragraph quoting a rheumatology specialist from the Mayo Clinic:

Every pound of excess weight exerts about 4 pounds of extra pressure on the knees. So a person who is 10 pounds overweight has 40 pounds of extra pressure on his knees; if a person is 100 pounds overweight, that is 400 pounds of extra pressure on his knees. “So if you think about all the steps you take in a day, you can see why it would lead to premature damage in weight-bearing joints,” says Dr. Matteson.

Jude, this is pathetic. People are allowed to have insecurities without them pertaining to or about you. You sound like a massive narcissist.

Yeah, Twitch is allowed to have standards. You literally flashed people your boob on stream because you didn’t bother with a bra. Also, how exactly can Twitch enforce speech laws about racism, transphobia, and homophobia with the amount of users they have, along with live content? That’s possibly thousands of hours of Twitch staff watching streams to find anything mildly offensive.

She "sounds like" a massive narcissist for the same reason we all "sound like" carbon-based life forms.

Jude and the FA insecurities could make a fun party game, though. The rules are, one person says something about wanting to make a change, any change, to their life. Then someone else finds a reason to feel offended. The more ridiculous the trigger, the more points you get, and also if you can work actual HAES/FA sayings into your arguments. Here are a couple to get started:

"I think I'll get one of those Instant Pots people keep talking about. With the things I typically cook, sounds like it would save me a lot of time."
"That is very offensive and hurtful to people with no use for an Instant Pot because we can't cook." (Or, if speaking to a woman: "You should not perpetuate harmful sexist stereotypes about cooking being a woman's job.")

"I'm thinking of trading in my car for a van or pickup, something with more hauling capacity. Does anyone have recommendations?"
"That is very offensive and hurtful to people with tiny cars, or no cars at all. What's wrong with not having much hauling capacity? A person's worth is not measured by how much stuff they can haul."

"I'm thinking of trading in my pickup for a compact car, something with better gas mileage and easier to park now that I live in the city."
"That is very offensive and hurtful to people with big vehicles or no vehicles at all. And what's wrong with being big anyway? I will not apologize for taking up space."

I'm going to guess that the reason she got yelled at was because she hasn't listened to any of the previous requests to do/not do whatever annoyed the parent in question (because who else would it be?).

And it's typical Narc behavior to dismiss legitimate grievances people have with them because they were delivered in the "wrong" manner.

She's got to be absolutely infuriating to live with. Unfortunately for her parents, I doubt they will ever kick her lazy, ungrateful ass out; they've already suffered the devastating loss of one kid, and they're also old and from a culture that emphasizes family. They'll only be rid of her when they die or end up in a seniors home.

Not english-native here, i always thought that it is not a strongly gendered language and gender specific words are rare and include "...man" "...woman" on the end. Feminists of my language group find english non-problematic because of it and compare it to our language, which assignes gender to any noun/object.
In other words, why lady boss is problematic, but ladydick is fine and "yass kween slay"?
