It's not that they think he's frank miller, it's a stark contrast to what they're used to. the KV groups, as you'll notice, are devoid of anyone with any form of sexual attraction. They're all sideshow attractions, but done up nicely. Even the other VAs with a few exceptions are kinda dumpy. Vic however hit the genetic lottery and looks hot as hell even at his age. This confuses and intimidates people who are sexually frustrated.
