He's good when he has something he wants to talk about. When it's just "I'm bored so here's a stream" it ends up dull unless he has something like Photon to occupy the time. I've always felt like that, anyway.

That speculation about how Iran might respond to the US was honestly some of the most galaxy brained geopolitical analysis I've seen in a while outside of Twitter and Reddit.
He quoted old statistics saying the we imports 60% of our oil when the most recent numbers are around 10% and would drop to near zero as soon as a major disruption of foreign markets occurred because a rise in prices would immediately cause more domestic capacity to be tapped. And keep in mind that a significant portion of the crude we import is of the "sweet" variety, the type we refine into petroleum products that we export to the whole world, not what we use for critical energy needs. For all intents and purposes we're already energy independent and have been for a few years.
Cutting us off from middle eastern oil would have have such a small effect on the American economy that the average citizen/consumer wouldn't even know it had happened after a month or so. And would completely fuck over a significant portion of the rest of the world who actually are dependent on that oil plus our exports that are partially derived from it.
But he also believes our domestic capacity can be shut down as well, because apparently he thinks cruise missiles/drones have an infinite range. That or he thinks Iran will setup shop in Mexico or central America and launch attacks from us there completely unmolested.

The US is close to being a net exporter of energy sometime this year. If Iran is stupid enough to destroy middle eastern oil refining ability it would end up helping the US and Canada because the world would need oil and gas from more reliable sources.
The only way domestic production takes a hit is if China or Russia helps Iran do it.
So yeah he did a spur of the moment rushed stream with little research for quick stream moniez.
When he's enjoying himself he does a good stream. This doomer shit is just bland.
