Chantal can throw as many hashtags to label her decisions all she wants. We all know none of this will last more than a few hours until hunger strikes again and she just can't resist.

No wonder Chantal hates eating “healthy” when her idea of a healthy dinner is an overcooked meatball, some raw veggies and a slop of Costco dip
That's how keto meals look like though. Meat, veggies and dairy for the most part if you don't have time to do some fancy cooking.
You're already pretty limited with food selection when you're doing keto. Add in a lazy fatty who doesn't cook and you're left with even less options that would even turn off people who have healthy relationship with food due to the same meals over and over. Only people who are serious about it might endure it but people like Chantal and Jen who love garbage food will never last on it.
Both Chantal and Jen constantly tell us how much they know about diets but when you look at their shopping hauls and meals they make it's clear that they're clueless and couldn't make a decent meal if their life depended on it.
They look online for some keto foods and see nuts and cheese and other shit which is super dense in calories even in small amounts. Guacamole? Avocado is so heavy on calories I'm surprised she didn't make whipped cream to mix it in.. These things should be used as fillers to hit your caloric daily needs, not to server as main meals. No wonder they're constantly hungry. They eat their daily calories in a single sitting and don't get shit out of it.
Their main meals should consist of skinless chicken with veggies, minced meat patties wrapped in lettuce with veggies, fresh fish, eggs, cottage cheese. Those kind of things. Those things are low on calories compared to nuts and dairy and you can eat a lot of it. But since they're lazy and don't cook they opt out for packaged sausages and other shit that's essentially a salt bomb filled with god knows what.
You do not have the luxury to eat what you want when you're limited to <2k a day. Forget any kind of caloric heavy drinks. You can only drink water, plain tea or coffee with nothing in it. You can add in some more foods once your body has been in ketosis for a while and has a higher carb tolerance but that's it.
Until they start preparing their own meals with raw and fresh ingredients they'll never make it.
