The Mysterious Mr. Enter / Jonathan Rozanski's "Growing Around" - IndieGoGo Campaign Failed, John going off the deep end, "Turning Red" is ignorant about 9/11 (later retracted)

An all-time low on the editing front: At 3:43, Enter does that thing where he pauses mid-sentence and a clip is suppose to finish that sentence... but the clip doesn't play. Even if you weren't looking at the visuals and just playing the video in another tab (like I was,) it's immediately jarring. Whether it's him or Star Giant doing it, they're not even paying attention to their own bullshit anymore.

Enter sperging about Otis having udders just shows he doesn't want to support a trans icon.

New GA:

Let's see what we got here...

Yep. There it is.

To be fair, Enter sperging out about a talking cow in a cartoon having udders is probably the most entertaining he's been in the last three videos.
I don't think this marathon was a bad idea, I just think Enter is probably not the best reviewer to do something like this. Most nicktoons are below mediocre, and I feel like he's way more tolerable when he's talking about shows he enjoys, since every show he hates always winds down to the same few reasons- This dad is dumb, this art style is ugly, this friend is awful, this rival/antagonist character is unlikeable, etc.

We're 28 videos into this marathon, and that's an issue that started getting evident around episode 5 or 6. Enter himself is aware of how repetitive this gets since he always prefaces those lines with "I know I say it all the time but-", yet he still can't stop himself from saying them anyway.

2. Beyonce & R. Kelly - If I Were a Boy (Remix) [link]
I never really liked the original "If I were a Boy" by Beyonce. Let's just say that the lyrics were... uh a little bit sexist.

"Drink beer with the guys
And chase after girls
I'd kick it with who I wanted
And I'd never get confronted for it
'Cause they'd stick up for me"

Yes, as we all know, no boy in history has ever been confronted for cheating. Like, ever. In history. It's something that doesn't happen. I'd refute all of the little pieces of misinformation in this song, but someone has beat me to the punch.
Wow, that's an autistic line of logic at full force, take everything literally and ignore social norms and nuances.
Also, Enter is either a budding MRA or troon, make your bets

El Tigre:

He mainly talks about how the hero side of the show is portrayed as inefficient and pathetic, while the villain side (including Frida, whom he hates) repeatedly entices Manny. He also addresses the surface-level Latin representation and the poor writing. Oh, and this is where his grousing about that confession cliche on his Twitter came from. In short, he doesn't like it.
This probably goes without saying, but any positive NoR reviews from this point forward are likely going to be few and far between.
I am actually fucking more pissed off than I should be with this review.

I was a casual watcher of this show, and I honestly really enjoyed it. Gave me the same kind of fun feeling Mucha Lucha did, and the show itself looks fucking beautiful. It felt like it was bending into the camp for Spongebob, the X's, and Invader Zim and I think as a whole it did a fine job. I really loved the character designs because they SCREAM the culture and have a nice blend of modern aesthetic mixed with Mexican culture. Book of Life has a much grander design (as it's a movie) but El Tigre isn't a slouch when it comes to it, because the animation really makes it shine.

The dude really wants to critique the writing when Growing Around is that fucking bad? Sure fam.

This is exactly why you don't review two episodes of a show for a marathon because those are usually the pilot episodes and aren't always the best representation of the end product.

They're meant to get you interested, but if you were to follow that logic for like Teenage Robot or Danny Phantom you would leave that show on an episodic note when the ending switches to be a flowing story. Also don't want to hear this guy say the writing was poor when the fucking show you're trying to pitch is as cookie cutter as you can get.

Meanwhile Entard would rather play Vidja then do the damn job he's given, on a marathon series he had to push out to the following month because it was too much for him to chew.

"Can we stop making annoying main characters?"
Why don't you start by cutting Sally out of GA, then?
Sally actually reminds me a lot of Bessie tbh.
I haven't seen too much of The Mighty B!, but I'm fairly certain that Bessie is at least marginally more likable than Sally.

Also from that Doc:

>The children are producing pornographic material. This is canon.
>Following this, we can deduce that a sizable amount of the characters in GA have all of the following kinks: vomit, scat, piss and farting.
>This doc is in view only mode. You must request access to edit it. This wasn't a troll addition. Enter actually put this in.

This is absolutely fucking hilarious.

Because I'm pretty sure the older teens would be fucking jerking off to real porn, but since kids act as if they are adults and adults act as if they are children, then that means the children would be creating the porn? Or something?

But the porn would grossout humor or would be child porn? Is there categorizations to the types of porn? Are all the kids into degenerate things? This brings up so many questions.

If this world's version of porn would be grossout humor, that means it's likely scat/puke/piss/fart and maybe guro stuff. This would mean most of the people in this universe would have to be into that type of degeneracy for it to be considered the "default" for erotic material.

As for if it's CP, that's a little harder to figure out. (Unless it's all, like cartoon porn?) We can assume that since adults don't have jobs, and the kids have all the jobs... Well, this hellworld just gets worse the more stuff we learn about it.

I'm also laughing at how much of that doc is left blank, and even after how much time has passed, I can't think of many things about his OCs' personalities to fill in all those blanks. But, the kids quite possibly all being into scat, that was important enough to write down.
