It's become very clear that the Plaintiff's best strategy is to get Vic on the stand as much as possible. He is incredibly charismatic and persuasive, and the Defendants are a motley group of disgusting slobs, wheezing idiots, and horrible assholes. Put Vic on the stand for everything, have Vic read the Plaintiff's evidence, just have Vic constantly present in the courtroom and Chupp will end up staring at his pretty face just so he doesn't have to look at Lemoine. Vic is his own best representation.

She also got funds from some victims compensation thing. So she may have not even have been the one to pay that.

When you do door law like Johnson does, you end up in situations like this pretty often. If she is anything other than a completely horrid cunt she will pay that man because he is well worth his pay.

Probably for the best. I mean chupp was already pissed at the GFM shit and I think last thing he wanted was more shit like that. Plus considering the charity was for sexual abuse victims(even though marchi is NOT one), chupp might have let it make him bias. If anything, I am shock the defendants did not bring it up to try and make chupp feel some sort of sympathy towards marchi.

No way that Chupp knows that the overflow was supposed to go to a charity. I don't remember anybody telling him the money was in an IOLTA and even if he assumes it is, he probably doesn't even know who controls the account. He's sick and tired of hearing about the GFM and wants nothing to do with it.

Seemed Chupp knew more about the GFM than Lemoine -

J-ADOLPH tried to mis-lead Chupp several times into believing either NIck or Vic control the GFM and Chupp shut him down.

For anyone following or cares-- still plan on the multiple channel approach to uploads just on a minor delay to explore some options that came up on making the process super easy.

Specifically some custom software cuz we need something that can down load on one YouTube account, upload to a other, but also be able to pull from a server-side backup and maybe also upload a copy onto a Dropbox for myself to edit into segments.

Not saying that's specifically what we're going to do, but it's an idea being explored and significant enough to delay the multichannel a few weeks to get it all plug-and-play ready.

You know, see what's reasonable to have made, and work around what can be done.

I mention this all not to setout an ad for interested kiwis or something, but it's a website based on loving information, giving opinions, discussion, etc. Maybe I'm off but seems like something you guys would find to be an interesting read.

YouTube-DL & FFMPEG would be easy ways to download to the videos (former) and you could get timestamps from the video and use FFMPEG to cut out the relevant sections. You could also splice the intro onto the beginning of the clips with the right command if I recall correctly.

There's also things like YouTube-upload to upload the videos by command line to YouTube. You can also use something like rclone (which is like rsync but for cloud storage) to upload to Dropbox automatically or on a schedule, etc...

Oh yeah, I'm doing a dive into these programs to see what comes out better or has features to maybe emulate. One thing I'm thinking of is if this software could do what we need it to, to maybe also freeware it kind of like OBS. Not to make money, for sure a donation link in it, but a software that does all I kinda stated packed into one program would be useful to the internet as a whole.

But that's just me thinking of being on the podium before the race has begun.
