Some of the grievances are things that have been enacted based on heavy feminist influence, some are just things that have always been there.
I'm not involved in the movement personally, but I find they're often willing to discuss their ideas rationally, which is perhaps the biggest fundamental difference between them and feminism, beyond the actual differences in policy/opinion. So I'm instantly more willing to give them some credence.
