Surely this, itself, is unconstitutional?
If HOAs have the ability to block the display of flags, statues, etc, because they are not part of a government, how can the federal government intervene to allow the display of some flags, statues, whatever, without giving different but similar content equal protection?
If CIA propagandist Shahed Alavi wants to fly a

flag at his home at 3860 Waythorn Pl, Fairfax, VA 22033, but his HOA says no, how does that work? If a descendant of an activist from the America First movement of the 1930s wants to fly a 卍 flag, would that not be protected? Surely other flags should be similarly protected?
